What program are you printing from?  What settings have tried to change?

A few weeks ago the impressions of my emails are very small. I have not changed any settings. But I can not find solutions. The normal prints are OK. Only my Thunderbird emails are carried out.

    • Select an e-mail.
    • 'File' > 'Print Preview '.

At the top to locate "scale". There will be a menu drop-down. You can increase the size of police/Print displayed by increasing the scale. So if you had e.g.: 50%, then select 100%. When you are satisfied with the size, click on the button 'print '.

  • OfficeJet 6500: prints too small

Using a printer OfficeJet 6500 wireless on Windows 10 system. I try to print a chart (dress model) of a PDF with Adobe Reader.  There's a graphic box that needs to be 4 "square but mine test prints in 3" squares. I reloaded the software, rebooted the printer and tried from another computer. All with the same results. I see nothing in the print area of drive to change the size of the print (suggestion was 'real size').  Any suggestion?

I suggest you install Acrobat DC (free) from Adobe.  It has options for 'Real size' or setting the scale a specific % of size.

  • All-in-one HP Officejet 5610: print gets stuck every time

    Hey,.

For some reason my printer has been giving me a hard time lately--whenever I have print something, it starts printing after 1 line it gets stuck, gives me an error of "Printing cancelled" message and nothing happens.

I changed the ink cartridge, I've deleted and reinstalled the driver and same thing - even on the once reinstalled Test Page.

    What could be?

    Thank you!

Well, the problem is related to the job queue on your system or your network.

Let's start by ensuring that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once it's done:

    1. If the USB cable is connected the printer to the PC, remove it.
    2. Click on start and devices and printers.
    3. Right click on all the icons in your printer listed.
    4. Click on remove the instrument.
    5. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
    6. Uninstall any software associated with the printer.
    7. Download the latest drivers by clicking on this link.

Now, we should be able to print without any problem of speed.

Please let me know if you are able to print without any problems at this point or if you have other questions. Otherwise, have a wonderful evening!

If this solves your problem then please help others to find this post by clicking on accept as Solution on my post.

If you appreciate my help so please let others know by clicking on the icon below my post thumbs up.

  • Officejet 5610 prints a line waits 20 seconds etc etc.

Using the new imac with the driver downloaded on apple store

This is caused by the failure of one of your cartridges.  Remove the black print cartridge and print a test page.  The printer prints at a normal speed?  Is therefore the black cartridge was the issue and needs to be replaced.  If it isn't then, put the black back cartridge in and remove the color cartridge and the test page printed.  If the printer now prints speed the color cartridge is responsible and must be replaced.

  • H/P 5610: printer problem

Printing text on the internet is so light that it unreadable. Printing from the computer and using the copy is ok. I can e-mail prnt, it's a bit darker and more readable.  Are there any settings that I have czn amendment to correct the problem.

    Hey @jimcack,

I'm sorry to hear that resettlement was no difference to the internet print quality.

Because each document prints correctly, with the exception of web pages there is no chance that it's your hardware printers affecting this quality. Just to check the hardware on your printer one last time, I'll have to print you a diagnostic quality report.

    1. Press the left arrow and right arrow at the same time on the front of your printer, and then release the two buttons.
    2. Press 1, 2, and 3. The Service menu appears.
    3. Press the right arrow button twice. The special reports menu opens.
    4. Press OK.
    5. Press the right arrow once. Opens the menu of the print cartridge .
    6. Press OK. The diagnostic page prints.

    1. printed by the right cartridge

2 printed by the left cartridge

This report should print with net and black colors that there are no problems with your printer. Therefore, we can try another driver on your computer to see if that fixes the problem with printing from the internet. If this report is printed with quality problems, don't spend troubleshooting at the moment.

    How to add another driver:

    1. Open your screen Startup by clicking the Windows button in the lower left corner of your computer screen or by selecting the Windows key on the lower left of your keyboard to the right of the Ctrl key.
    2. In the screen type start "devices and printers
    3. In the devices and printers folder right click on your printer all-in-one HP Officejet 5610 and left click on printer properties
    4. Left click on the Advanced tab
    5. Left-click on new driver
    6. When the new driver window just press 'Next' until you see a list of manufacturers on the left and a list of Printers on the right.
    7. Select HP as the manufacturer on the left
    8. DeskJet 9800 select the printer on the right. If Deskjet 9800 is only select "Windows Update" at the bottom left and once the update has been completed, you will be able to select Deskjet 9800.
    9. After selecting Deskjet 9800 hit Next to complete the wizard driver new
    10. Under the printer properties window, select "Apply", but don't hit not OK
    11. Select the general tab
    12. Rename your all-in-one printer, HP Officejet 5610 printer
    13. Click OK
    14. Finally, right click on your printer all-in-one HP Officejet 5610 one more time and left click on Printing Preferences
    15. Left click on the paper/quality tab
    16. Left click on the drop down menu 'Normal' for quality printing at the bottom right and change its normal fast
    17. Press apply and OK

Now that the other driver has been added, please test printing from a Web site again.

Please let me know if these steps don't resolve your problem. Good luck!

  • OfficeJet 5610 install not on Windows 7

Our new Dell Pro Windows 7 64-bit system will not install the all-in-one OfficeJet 5610 printer software.

First attempt of installation since the downloaded software and driver from the HP website.

Second attempt from the CD that we purchased at HP for Windows 7 specifically.

Attempts to start the installation, it passes by the process of extracting the files... and then the installation screens go away and never come back.  There seems to be no kind of progress bar or error messages or the other.

We went through the suggested topics to disable startup programs, TSR, uninstall previous installations etc. but without any help.

I have not tried to install this on another Windows 7 system yet, but it's my other next step in this weird problem.

    Please help this confused soul.

    Thank you

    Kim

    This problem is now solved...

The process of setting was to unplug the USB cable from the printer.

Remove the printer from the list of printers in the printers on Windows 7 and peripheral area

Run the software provided on the CD from HP (probably could use the downloaded files from HP support)

The installation after you select INSTALL from the pop-up window (it will show also read - me, etc...)

The following screen speaks of warnings and you must check the "agree"box to continue

This next page is where I clicked on each of the four options and modifications

The part that shows each item to be installed is the place where I unchecked all except the first checkbox
Make sure that you open and exit of each 4 selections (they take a different color when you do)

Click on the button continue, and this time, you will come to a point where the software finally will ask you to connect the Flash DRIVE to the printer.

Now, rerun the package a 2nd time and a screen will come asking you to install "additional software".

Select each (OCR proper recognition, shop for ink and paper etc...) and let the software run to the finish.

Now restart your system and "solutions" HP center icon should now be on your desktop.

BTW, I tried to use the 'install your printer on Windows 7 Wizard' and the different 8 times, he tried to download 380Mb file, he finished only once.  Other times, he died on the time and amounts by saying that the 'download has been cancelled' Nice a HP... Attach it to a minimum so that we can continue with a download point of failure vs having to start over from the beginning. 8 x 17 minutes is 136 minutes of time lost.

Please mark this as a correction of a problem.

also please email me at {removed personal information} if anyone has questions about this problem.  I'd love to help you.

  • OFFICEJET 5610 all-in-one: PROBLEM WITH OFFICEJET 5610 all-in-one

    I used an all-in - One HP 5610 since 2008.

A few days ago the printer stopped working and gave me "error: 0xd05d010d Reset power", the lights on the buttons 'ON', 'COPY', 'FAX', 'SCAN' and the 'QUESTION MARK' on the front panel are on.

I tried each proposal given by other users, for example to remove cartridges, reset the printer with #3 or #6 or #9, remove usb cables and electricity... but no result.
