• No apps available for my new HP Photosmart 5515?

  Hi, I am looking to make full use of my new 5515 Photosmart all-in-one. I had all this work - printing and scanning the computer to my iPhone wireless AirPrint.

  My problem is that I don't have all the apps listed in the ePrintcenter as being available for my printer. I tried to change the country of residence to US, UK, Germany or France to see if that helps - but still nothing.

  I checked for software updates for the printer - says that everything is up to date. So basically, I ran out of options.

  Any suggestions where the issue might be?

  PS My printer is 5515 but it is listed under Windows and ePrintCenter 5510 d, I hope you're well.

  All is well now. The other day I changed ISP and the router at home and the turn is played. I set up the printer with the new modem/router and my ePrintcenter was full of apps. In the end, apparently it was some sort of a network problem. That's strange, since printing on enamel and all the other features has worked very well before.

  Running Windows 7 SP 1 with all updates installed on a HP Pavilion series of G.

  I am trying to install my HP Photosmart C4750.

  First of all, I tried to install using the CD that came with the printer. When he went to find my printer on my network it couldn't find it so I had to connect it to my laptop via a USB cable (not a problem as I've done it before).   I don't know what other information would you need out of one of these reports, but everything looks normal.

  Any help will be appreciated.

  I set for myself... I disabled my Norton Firewall during installation and it finds my printer and ran without any problems. Sorry I haven't posted this earlier, but I had a lot of scanning to do.

  I downloaded version 13 and have tried to install/uninstall several times. This includes the removal of the printer devices and Device Manager. When I try to reinstall I usually get a fatal error during 'configuration', the last step. I can print to the printer and I can run most of the photo. The center of solution won't work, which is a key piece of software for this printer. Any ideas?

  I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate (not beta). This software is properly installed on virtual xp but I prefer to run from 7.

  What Photosmart model did you have before? There are different printers IIC (individual ink cartridges) at the present time, all depends on what additional features you are looking for.
