  I had the same problem, but with Firefox 4.0. My first thought was last updated to Firefox (after of course restarting FF), but it did not help and I had the same problem.

  Among others, I had an extension installed and enabled called tile tabs 4.10 I thought could easily create this problem. I went in my Add-ons Manager and disabled, restarted Firefox and tabs worked properly again. Unfortunately, the extension of the tile tabs is my favorite Firefox Add-on and I use it almost every day to manage my web tasks. I went to the page Add on for tile tabs and saw that there was a notice that version 4.10 did not work properly on Mac OS and install version 4.9 of the extension.   • The EPS files from Illustrator? What parameters are used when files are saved?
  • Also this happens for all files created in Illustrator EPS (even one you create brand new, with just a few text and simple work in it).
  • Where are stored the EPS files that you place in InDesign?  If there is a form of corruption of files on the hard drive? (Maybe need repair file permissions?).
  • If you work on a network: can the files when they are saved as EPS files on your hard drive?

  One way to know is to reset the Eraser tool. If something was off this command he would set it back to default values.

  Trial version is exactly the same as the full version except for the 30 day limit.  If you can't PUT files to your remote server, something is wrong with your site definition.   Can connect you to your server with FTP 3rd party like FileZilla client?   If this is not the case, there could be a problem with permissions on your server.  Contact your webhost.
