6000 wireless mouse does not work with error Windows XP "it has not been verified with the Windows XP Logo."
Original title: Wireless mobile mouse 6000 will not work on XP but when I bought it iwas sure it worked with Windows 7 and Windows XP.
I bought a mobile wireless mouse from microsoft for more than a year for use on windows 7. When I bought it, I thought that I remembered, it also works with Windows XP, but I can't get the software to complete. I get an error message saying: it has not been verified with the "Windows XP" logo. Is it true, or is there something else wrong.
The Wireless mobile mouse 6000 is compatible with Windows XP. I suggest that you download the drivers for the Windows XP operating system from the link provided below and check if the problem persists.

can u help me to fix the error, I'm showing you pictured RunDll
My point of 5000 MS wireless laser mouse does not work, but work wheel Magnifier button and scroll. What could cause this problem? I there something wrong with the mouse or something should be cleaned? This is the first question I had after 3 years of use.
I have not any hardware or software changes, and the problem is constant, not specific to any application.
I restored my system to my latest backup when the mouse was working, but it has not solved the problem. The software update has not solved the problem.
I installed a different mouse, which works very well. The wireless mouse does not work on another system, I assume that it's broken and I will replace it.
Thanks for your suggestions.
My Creative wireless mouse does not work while the touchpad is installed.
Even if I turn off the touch pad, the seal of the mouse does not work.
Anyone know how to fix this?
On this path, it is not easy to say what the problem is. I guess you have some software installations to your external device. Install it and it should work.
As much I know external mouse functionality does not depend on the touchpad settings.
All of a sudden my mouse does not work. I tried to do what he says to do to another person, but he has not shown in Device Manager, device usb in the list

You have changed the batteries? The batteries can go fast enough in a wireless mouse; they will also without any warning, a minute of your mouse works, next day it doesn't.
I'll add my Ditto to that. I played a bit with a wireless mouse for

* original title - my wireless mouse died after I downloaded a driver what should I do? *
The video driver may be accessory to the mouse does not.
Reboot again. If the mouse still does not work, check the batteries in the mouse and receiver
connection. To the need to update or reinstall the mouse drivers - check with Microsoft Hardware, LogiTech
or anything done to the mouse for the latest drivers.

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!
Sorry, but if your talk to get the mouse drivers from HP, what's not at work, such as HP does not include drivers for the hardware not HP.
Have you tried to download the drivers from the manufacturer of the mouse?
You must go to the settings, update & Security-> Windows Update.
Then, choose Advanced-> history to see when the updates have been applied last. If you see one that include device drivers, who might be the problem. So, if you can, you should see if you can restore the drivers that are causing the problem. Do so you by going into Device Manager, see if the device is still listed and so, trying to restore the last driver update.
And if this resolves the problem, then disable future driver updates by using the information in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/48277-driver-updates-windows-update-enable-disable-windows-10-a.html
If the appropriate device adapter is no longer present in the Device Manager, what MIGHT work is something known as a repair installation. It is less destructive of all Windows recovery features and rewrites the Windows system files, leaving your apps, settings and data intact.
To do this, you will need to use the link to the installation media to download Win10 and burn a DVD or create a USB key: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install?ocid=ms_wol_win10
Once you have, follow the instructions in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html
Good then when I changed the batteries in the wireless mouse, the led will turn green and then all go off and my mouse does not work, even when he is on the Green, green light is only on during a few seconds.

Sometimes the mouse does not work properly. For example - the cursor will stop pulsating and move to the beginning of the sentence to the place where I want to go. It seems to freeze. I tried the convenience store, but he said he couldn't identify the problem. Please notify. Thank you.

I use a windows XP computer, I got recently a new mouse for. The receiver installed the software for it, but the mouse does not connect. I turn on the mouse, but no connection is established. I tried all USB ports and still nothing.
I would only try the mouse settle if you have totally abandoned on the support of people in customer service. If you start to disassemble the mouse, you will probably void any warranty that might come with the unit.
Hi, I bought this new PC - with mouse and wireless keyboard - December and everything seems fine, but the keyboard stopped responding at startup, which prevents me to enter my password. The mouse works fine.

I have a new laptop Latitude E7440, with a mouse Dell Wireless and E-series docking station. When it is docked, the wireless mouse is disabled. Receiver must USB mouse be connected to the docking station to make it work? It would be quite embarrassing.
Thanks for the post! Looks like you might have the USB receiver connected to the USB ports on the back of the system? While anchored feature transfers E7440 of ports at the back of the unit to the Wharf (by disabling these ports).
Rear ports Latitude E7440 & E7240 system are disabled when it is docked on an E-port I / II or E-port Plus I / II
If you connect the USB receiver on the dock or on the USB port on the side of the system, it should work correctly when it is connected to the docking station.
Original title: the wireless mouse broken
I used a Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 for about 4 months. 1 month ago inadvertently, I poured a bit of water on it (a little) and it has stopped working for about 12 hours, then returned to normal. But now, it happens again, and there is absolutely no water in mice! What happens to my mouse?
Yes, it's a very stupid question. Of course, I tried new batteries! I put the mouse at the store, they said they would give me a new as soon as they got the model of my mouse. So, problem solved! Thanks for answering my question everyone.
When I plug the receiver usb to the computer and I put my wireless mouse on, either nothing happens, my computer tells me that the driver could not be installed. What can I do? The mouse is new, the battery also, and yesterday it about an hour Monday. Since impossible to use.
