My internet keeps disconnecting but easily reconnects when I go in the diagnoses

For the past few weeks, I had a problem with my internet on my macbook pro (retina, 13 inches, end of 2013 and it runs El Capitan 10.11.5).) My internet is Time Warner Cable and my router is a motorola, arris (I don't have an airport)

Basically, my internet spontaneously does not work anymore (but is not completely disconnect from the network). I have to go to network preferences and then run diagnostics to reconnect, but still, it reconnects immediately after I run diagnostic tests and press 'always allow' keychain. Everything in the list network state is usually green except for the Internet and the server, who say failed and are red in color. ISP or settings network is sometimes as red.

It really happens randomly - sometimes all ten or fifteen minutes and sometimes every two hours.

I never have this issue when I use internet in my school and it happens at home, however, I don't think it's a problem with my internet service provider because my computer is the only device in my apartment which has faced this problem (my roommate also has a macbook pro and we all two iphones)

I rebooted my computer, reset the router a few times, talked to apple support, and nothing has helped.

I have a wireless diagnostic report when it happened last week I saved and can send if it would help (but I do not know how to reach it...)

    Follow the steps and check if they help.
     
    Step 1:
     
    If you have HP and Compaq Windows XP computers, you can follow the steps mentioned in the article.

    Or, you can uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers.
     
    a. click on START
    b. click Control Panel.
     
    You should have a few icons to come.
    If you do not, you must make sure that you have enabled the classic view.
     
    Locate the control panel option, it will be on the left side.

    Follow the rest of my instructions.
     
    c. click Device Manager
    d. sounds > search for your sound card (if you are not sure that your sound card is, post options and I'll tell you that one.)

    h. open the file that you have saved and right-click on it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR(Now install it.). REBOOT after each installation of driver.

    It is a security error Chrome because of its policy of origin even on local files.

    If you run it on a server (like when you watch of animate) you will not face this error.

    I don't know if there is a way around this.

  • My internet keeps disconnecting even if the router works fine. He maintains have diagnosed as a DNS error any.

    I have a Samsung RV511 which is only a couple of years.  It has been disconnected from the internet every 2 to 5 minutes or more, but my router works fine.  I got a new power cord, ethernet for her, but the computer continues to disconnect. When I diagnose the problem, it indicates the server DNS does not.  Tried to contact my internet provider, but they couldn't understand why I didn't know every little thing on my computer and made me feel pretty stupid so I'm curious to see if anyone else out there it can help.

    I used to get this problem.  My connection would get a yellow top warning symbol & I could no longer communicate on the internet.  No Windows diagnosis could correct & would only sometimes identify [as a DNS problem].

    I searched for advice, but never really found a convincing explanation or an appeal.  I started using the commands below [that I found in this forum] to restore things.  It seemed most of the working time.

    Several people also suggest just reset the router, but that was irrelevant, because I haven't used one but I tried to remove and then reconnect the modem USB and sometimes helped.

    The problem seems to occur in phases, but I could never understand what was different between the good times & bad times.  I've always suspected the software controlling my USB modem but could never be sure.  I changed the USB modem & the problem went away for months before returning [but less frequently than before].  Now, I have a wireless connection with my mobile phone and use it as my modem for internet connection - 5 months without problem.

    What I did was to open a command prompt [I think he should be executed as administrator], then type:

    netsh winsock reset
    RESTART THE PC
    netsh int ip reset
    RESTART THE PC
    ipconfig/flushdns
    ipconfig/registerdns
    RESTART THE PC

    As I say, this procedure allows to sort out most of the time, but it should reappear later.

    Hey Zaki J, just said that you know that the problem has been resolved and it wasn't really a problem first if I can explain it. The game is 8 ball pool where you play for 'parts pool' to buy tables, indices etc.  and apparently, it has become commonplace with the pirates who would jump to the top there is error of connection lost to win the (silly) games so after he's he had nothing to do with the connection at all.     Thank you for taking the trouble to answer.  Your suggestion worked, and now it scans correctly.  However, after posting my question, but before trying your suggestion, I noticed that the HP Solutions icon had disappeared, and that runs the HP diagnostic utility found a link broken even if the installation by running again disk indicated that there was no problem.  I have another link broken in an independent program, so I suspect a virus.

    I have a weird problem using WMP (Windows Media Player v12).  When I double-click a song of in my library, the trail seems to play, but didn't have all the sounds.

    However, if I hover over the same path and then click Preview, the pop-up, the track plays with sound.

    When the track (s) do not play, all indications show the way to correctly play through of progress ' Now Playing ' screen, but no sound.

    In the past, when I clicked on any MP3 file, he would play using WMP.  Now, when I click on an MP3 file, it brings just "Now Playing" and looks LIKE he plays, but no sound.

    I have looked & looked for clues as to why it may be of WMP, but I can't understand the problem.  I also searched the Web for 'day' drivers in the Win System Manager, but Win says that pilots are "up to date".

Everything seemed ok.  I also changed the devices to "Win by default" to what I think my onboard audio device is called.  I thought that that can do, but it's not.

    I was struggling with this since the day of the year.  Please help me solve this problem!

    Appreciate your efforts to try to resolve the problem that you have set so far. I guess that is not a problem with the driver that ultimately, the songs are playable using the media player. It could be a corrupted in Windows Media Player framework that is causing the problem. Let's run the Windows Media Player troubleshooting utility that resets all parameters to the player.
