  RE: "access denied" following the installation of Firefox question. I have the same problem. Details below: I tried opening in Mode safe that has not worked. I have administrative access. When I click on the general tab in properties, I get a message that there is no such thing as "firefox.exe". This file, or any other type 'install' file appears in the directory Mozilla Firefox with the exception of 'uninstall '. I downloaded and tried to install seven times from six different sources, including Mozilla, all with the same results. I also tried a number of solutions on the web for this error without great success. I tried, first of all, to make an upgrade, then remove the old version of Firefox and have been 'install' since then. Avast, Malwarebytes and Threatfire found no malware.

  I've never had a similar problem with Firefox before and I used it for years. Anyone has any ideas that I have not already tried? I'm tired of using Internet Explorer! RE: Troubleshooting below - information Windown will not open the downloaded file.

  For this problem, you must Deauthorize and reauthorize the ADAM.

  Mac:

  Help-> Erase authorization

  This will Deauthorize your computer.

  Now allow once again as:

  Help-> computer allow.

  Step 1

  Try resetting the component of windows update.

  To do this, click resolve this present in the link below. Click run in the file download dialog box and follow the steps described in the fix it Wizard.

  Step 2

  Perform a scan of the file system [SFC] checker on the computer that will replace missing or corrupt files.

  To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. click on the Start button

  2. on the Start Menu, click all programs followed by accessories

  3. in the menu accessories, right-click on command line option

  4. in the drop-down menu that appears, click the "Run as Administrator" option

  6. in the command prompt window, type: sfc/scannow then press enter

• I'm not on IE, I have Mozilla Firefox and have the same problem. I can only make temporary fix and it goes backward.

  We have Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail and Mozilla Firefox.  We are not receive mail and when I click on send and receive and window appears and says I am offline and asks if I want to go to the line, YES/NO, I select Yes the box back again and I select YES once more, then I get a dialog box that has a yellow triangle with our 2 addresses with a canceled address. When I click on the globe to go to the line, then click on send and reception, I recover the small box, I click Yes and back again and I click Yes once more and the great dialog box returns with only an address with a green check mark next to it.
  I'm went to the file in Mozilla and tried to change the button Off Line several times, as recommended.  It did not help.

  I heard Illustrator alerts 'insufficient memory' called a "bug" here and elsewhere, and I don't know if it is or just a problem with 32-bit applications.

  Some years, I bought a MacPro and built the ram up to 19 shows, thinking it would help some of my problems of "slowness" Illustrator. Since I came to understand that I paid a lot of money for a good computer, but always use an app which is not built to take full advantage of the computer's CPU, ram or operating system.

  I use CS4, I use it for the freelance work, and I am constantly frustrated by slow or its decision pure and simple when it accesses all the little memory its authorized to search. (Good for me to work with artistic complex traces or parts detailed with blends, transparency, effects etc.) Certainly not a problem if I just work with simple forms filled.)

  I know Illustrator CS5 is still 32-bit, and I guess I put if someone had knowledge of all Adobe goes under the hood and make something to improve its performance. I'm having a problem to achieve grand prize update of Creative Suite, if it's just for a few new features and the same old slow.

  Illustrator isn't multi-threaded for the most part, so that it always uses 1 CPU and 32-bit... It is of the stil limited in terms of RAM.

  I crossed my fingers and wished beefier performance for some time. Out of all Adobe applications... Illustrator is by far the slowest of the Pack.
