My late game while playing. I've got a procesor of Ivy Bridge clocked at 2.6 Ghz Core i7 with 8 GB of RAM

I have a 2.6 Ghz Core i7 Ivy Bridge procesor with 8 GB of RAM and a Nvidia Go 2 650 M GPU GeForce graphics card. Help please

Without knowing which game or games I guess you are trying to use too high parameters.
The best place to start to reduce the settings of the game is to turn off Anti-Aliasing (or try 2 x).
Then turn off regardless of the fancy lighting option uses the set - HBAO SSAO, Ambient Occlusion, etc..
Follow with the reduced distance display.

  • I'm confused why intel pantium 4 duacl core E5400 with havy loads of ram uses without games?

    Hello

The last time I saw my friends PC I just Re installed Windows 7 ultimate, then a I am new facility.

But this pc using more then 1.5 GB of ram, an Intel P4 DC E5400 processor, 3 GB ram, 320 HARD drive. And a new installed W7 Ultimate 64 bit.

I remember that "that the pc was created with small budget, I upgraded from 2 GB Transcend DDR2 RAM.

It's a common to the amount of RAM to be used by 64-bit Win7.
64-bit uses more RAM than the 32-bit and 4 GB is generally considered to be the minimum desirable
amount of RAM with the 64-bit operating systems.
-My 64 bit Win7 uses currently 1.98 GB RAM with 5 tabs open and 53 of the browser background
    running process.

For stability, it is recommended to upgrade RAM with more of the exact same make and model,
or at least the same amount with the same characteristics (speed, timmings, and voltage),
    like what you use.
If the machine was only a bar of 2 GB of RAM that a more of the same would be good.
If she had two more of the same could be used, two sticks of 1 GB
or just replace the RAM of origin with a kit of two factory with 4 GB of RAM (2 X 2 GB).

  • Graphics late while playing games

original title: problem of serious games

I play a few games online, and for several months now, I was barely able to run them. I get extreme lag, so that the graphics will move, while the sound plays fine. I guess just maybe it was a problem with my video card or something, except that sometimes, one minute at a time, sometimes more and sometimes less, the game starts suddenly works perfectly well. This suggests that my computer is ABLE to run the games, but is not just most of the time, and I can't understand why. I did research more that I have to find a solution to this problem, but I can't even find someone else who suffer. Reducing the graphics quality ingame does not help.

For reference, I'm on a computer HP Pavilion p6320 with 8 GB of ram and a NVIDIA GeForce 9100 integrated graphics. I have more than 600 GB of free space on the computer, so I do not know is not the problem. I have updated all drivers for my graphics card and DirectX, as well. I am also sure that it is not my internet connection, because I downloaded a reference software for a game that is not connected to the internet during the race, and he did exactly the same thing.

I would also like to point out that I have antivirus and anti-spyware software, and I don't get lag on the computer outside of the game.

    Hello

Try to play games in a clean boot state, and check if the problem persists. Maybe a third party application is causing the conflict.

  • Qosmio X 300-13 L - display shuts down while playing games

While playing games, the screen turns black, but everything else works still for about a minute then the system stops. I tried to reset the settings of the BIOS, read in many forums, but nothing helps so far. The problem appreas often during the game World of Warcraft, but since yesterday, it seems less often while playing Leauge of Legends. It is unpossible to use the Qosmio to play with this problem, because I can't recognize any model in this :( I went 2 months of Vista to Windows 7 and the problem appeard only on Windows 7.

If you need more information or something, tell me and I'll give them to you as soon as possible...

    Thank you!

    Hi byakuya.

If the problem appears only on Windows7 there must be a problem with your installation of Windows 7. Maybe you use the old drivers or wrong or a software causes this problem.

The more interesting point right now is your display driver. 3rd display driver part of Nvidia directly don't have protection against overheating and can cause problems. In my opinion, you must install the driver Toshiba last and official version. It should work I hope

  • Screen stops working while playing games

I have a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook, windows 7 64 bit operating system.

I got 2 years in July.  In recent weeks while playing games the screen stops working.  You can hear the game still in progress but nothing on the screen.  I then have to turn off then to let some time before reboting.

I played the game for over a year, so it's not the game that is the problem.  It becomes warm, but I have always used a pc fan sub to help keep cool.

I just tried the HP tool to automatically search for updates, but it had not recommended.

Is it a hardware problem or software?  What can I do to stop what is happening?

I bought an extended warranty, but I need if I can fix it or whether it should go to a technician (if nothing is physically wrong, they'll charge me).

Hi, do not mount the jinxed shadow xpress, your laptop almost 2 years, so just get a few canned-salvation-air compressed @ any computer store or bigbox and point the noozle @ and the events of the portable breath totally clean dust od and ctut-rabbits, make sure u opens the CD drawer, which will be the cpu and the gpu to time simple down to 10 c. , huh? yahayah ~!

  • Satellite C660-184 freezes at random times while playing a game.

Laptop freezes at random times while playing Football Manager 2011. The game is not graphics intensive and worked for about a month with no problems, just recently it started to freeze, and the only thing I can do is to turn off my laptop by the power button.

    I have a

    -Intel® Core i3 - 380 M processor
SuperMulti DVD + r (Double Layer)

-Intel HD Graphics, display memory: 1 696 MB

My graphics driver is up to date, said my last is 28/07/2010.

I am at a loss to explain what is happening.

Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Buddy,

    > The game is not graphics intensive and worked for about a month without any problems, has recently started to freeze
This could mean that the laptop is overheating
The reason for overheating is the dust that blocks the fan for laptop gets hotter

I recommend to clean using a jet of compressed air to blow the dust from the cooling fans. You can do it without disassembling the computer so it is very easy and takes only 5 minutes.
Just remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter before doing this.

For example I clean my laptop every 4 months because a lot of dust is coming so it s worth it.

  • Shutdown A200 satellite while playing games

I have a satellite A200, that is around the age of 6 months.
Yesterday while playing a game, it's just instantly shutdown.
He did a couple of times now. The upper left side is very hot as below. Thinking that it is an overheating problem?

Checked the CPU usage while playing and does not seem to be unusually high.
Is used on the desktop with appropriate around her space
Laptop of not old but works all day, but is stopped from one day to the next. Surely the heaksink would not be already clogged?
Runs with no battery, just on the sector to extend battery life when using at home.

Only happens while the game paying, also monitor is set to increase the size of the screen.
Still under warranty but don't really want to have taken stuff back because I moved to remote outback and am not near a large city, as well as if they test everything by running do not game, they'll probably just say it's very good.

Will try and blow up the heatsink without taking the case anyway to see if that helps. Any other ideas?

    Thank you

    I agree with Akuma.
It s certainly one overheating and cela occurs because the internal temperature is too high. All internal devices such as CPU, GPU, are running with a yield maximum all in game and produce high heat dissipation. This increases the temperature and leads to overheating.
I think your work cooling of modules with a maximum yield don t because they are blocked.
Please check if the dust and debris affect the cooling fans and if necessary use the jet of compressed air to clean these fans.

I think this should help to prevent the notebook from overheating more specific questions.

Can you please tell us what drivers have updated you and why? What was wrong with the old drivers?

When you start your next portable speakers test time using preinstalled Toshiba diagnostic tool and post the result here.

What about the temperature of the laptop. 80 c is high temperature but still not critical, and if your mobile phone is placed correctly on the desktop and the cooling fans are not blocked I think you can continue to play the games.
Before the games close all unnecessary applications and uses laptop computer on power plan to high performance.
