My lightroom just updated to lightroom CC 5 and now it won't start - ideas? I tried to reinstall, reboot. No go.

I have tried to re - install and reboot my computer - and am in range for customer care - but it doesn't start at all.

first of all, disconnect, then back to your application of cc and retry the update, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

If this fails, close your cc app and then re-open and retry the update.

If this fails, restart the computer, log out and then back and update.

If this fails,

Delete the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.

Mac OS: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.

Windows: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To show the hidden AppData folder, see view files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
