• Texts in doubles with my Motospeak

  Hello! I have a Motorola HX550 that I use with my Samsung to Skyrocket on AT & T. My problem is with the app Motospeak.

  I send double texts every time that I reboot the flare. There is no trace on my phone that I sent them, but one or more of my recent texts go out again as soon as I re - start. I found the culprit is the application of Motorola 'My Motospeak. Uninstall the application, the problem disappeared. Looks like it's the answer, but I REALLY like the application; It's a big part of why I got the HX550 and why I recommend Motorola headsets for friends and family.

  This problem did not exist on my HTC Inspire with the same application and headphones. The Android Version on this phone is 2.3.3

  No idea how to resolve this, or another application that works the same?

  I found the problem because the flare was requiring a reboot to get the receipt of data. There is a problem with both phones LTE on AT & T. I have a temporary solution in place, but every now and then I still need to restart the phone. In hindsight, I can't say if it inspires had the problem or not. It is so stable that I never restarted... I find the functionality of the application to be close to perfection, nothing else comes close. I use the old version of Motospeak, located on this site without any problems, but it doesn't have the functionality to text, just to listen and respond.

  A mod for versions that would be nice would be if the software delivered texts after a phone call. Right now, if you receive a text during a phone conversation, Motospeak just doesn't know. What would be better would be if after the end of your call, Motospeak are looking for new texts and ask if you want to listen to them.

• MotoSpeak locks

  Almost everytime I use Motospeak it blocks my Bionic and restarts it Bionic, that I don't know if it's the app or the phone because the Bionic seems to have a lot of problems. At this point, it is virtually unusable.

  I look at our calendar to update about, and I know that we announced an update for Bionic before the end of the year. We have not made a similar statement on Droid 3 update calendar so I don't think we can take that to the Bank. It may be a little longer before the Droid 3 Gets an update to address MotoSpeak.

• My MOTOSPEAK off when bluetooth is turned off.

  I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem? My motospeak remains on even after my bluetooth goes out... so I force close and then when I turn on my bluetooth it turns on... but still does not turn off when I turn off my bluetooth. A way to fix it?

  Well, in the framework of trying to solve another problem... see my other post... I recharged my phone to default settings and reloaded all my apps. It said that the problem with Motospeak has set itself. We will see as time passes if that is still true. Thanks for all the suggestions and help.

• MY MotoSpeak: All email support plans?

  No idea if bike will support its own application of e-mail in the future? It seems speech synthesis is dependent on the same application and MotoSpeak is in a unique position to support the Motorola email client?

  I have enough text to justify the purchase of the Finiti, but I send an e-mail just to do so.

  For the moment, there are no intend to support the reading of emails.

• My Motospeak works not-how to return the original which has made?

  A week ago, I received a notification that there is an update for MotoSpeak. I have a Droid3 with the Roadster and MotoSpeak worked fine with it. The new update was an application called My Motospeak. It has been listed as a beta. I was not given any of these information before saying to go ahead with the update. He has not only did not work at all, it caused my phone actually stop working! A day or two later, I was informed there was an another update. I installed it hoping that it wasn't a beta version and that he had in fact been scheduled. Not! This is still a beta version, but I managed to find a way to get my Roadster working again--sort of. He won't answer calls or text Messages, but at least I can make calls. I have not tried to send a text yet, but this isn't something I made while driving very often; above all, I am only answering texts. But worst of all, I was no longer able to make or respond to my phonecalls! I had to start hard to be able to use it again! So I uninstalled my Motospeak. The first beta version was not the original, but the second deleted download - without my permission - so I tried to find the original (plain ol ' Motospeak), but he is no longer on the market. I looked online and it appears in the site market.android.com, using the browser of the phone I went on this site and click on install. After my connection, I was informed that this request is not available in my area. I'm more that a little upset about this - now I can't use one of the more interesting features of my new phone and a Roadster more! What gives Motorola (or should I complain to Google)?

  We recognize that there is a problem, so we now have an area for MotoSpeak, and a thread where you can get an official version of the old MotoSpeak until the updated version works on Droid 3.

• Droid 2 app Motospeak will not work

  So, I am struggling with Motospeak for little less than a week now. I pre-ordered and waited anxiously, the Motorola Finiti not only for its elegant design and looks fancy, but for the characteristics of Motospeak so. Voice commands on my Droid 2 are okay, but I wanted more. So it comes out eventually and I download the new version of Motospeak only to find out that it does not work. I rebooted, no matched and re-paired, uninstalled and reinstalled, and everything suggested the 'big' technicians at Motorola, but nothing helped. The problem is that the voice command works everything and Motospeak does nothing. Help! Any ideas. I tried safe mode and found that Motospeak is not available in safe mode, so you can't test it. I disabled all other applications in the background and deleted a lot to try. Whenever I receive a text, the screen flashes as if it is trying to run Motospeak and to do what it is supposed to do, but nothing happens. I even went so far as to download an another "Motospeak' of drivesafe.ly.com... that told me that I needed a headset Motorola (I have and it has been connected) if it does not either. I am running the latest version of Android and nothing works as it should.

  So the good news is that Motorola technicians has heard what was happening and updated software Motospeak, turns out it was something in the last update from Verizon for the Android software that came. He works now as I wanted... but now it will not read my directory names... it's a problem with the software too as I loaded it on a completely different phone earpiece and it worked. I love Motospeak either way... it's great!

  Hey, anyone know how to control the volume level default for bluetooth devices? Mine is set too low.. and whenever I turn it up, he turns it down. Blessings.
