If its my mouse, the cursor disappears and the mouse does not work. If it is the keyboard, the same thing. will not work. If I unplug whatevers does not and plug it into the front, it works very well. Could someone help me please? I really need to be able to view .pdfs! Thank you!

  I actually already tried this site as well, as I noticed that you mentioned as a solution in another thread. I managed to use the Microsoft FixIt Tool to clean and completely uninstall, then I was able to reinstall Acrobat Reader DC from the main link. Thanks for your suggestion though!

  2. run the setup.exe file

  3. right-click on it and run as administrator.

  Where do you get this error message?

  I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

  Method 1: Uninstall all the instance of Adobe reader and Acrobat reader and install the latest version of one of the drive and check if it helps.
