My new user experience with PP5.5 (not so great)

I just wrote a long post and I think I have bad poster - error 'Cannot post now', even if I can post in the test forum. It is a short message to see if it works...

> (Next time: Let's post twenty-five separate individual questions in threads separated distributed one month!- I'm just kidding).

In fact, it is the best thing to do.

It is easier to have a productive when conversation 1) the subject line of the thread says people the only thing that the wire is of approximately and 2) the thread focuses to make it clear that the answers apply to.

> A bug report necessary to demonstrate a problem enough such as

an engineer can reproduce it and stand a chance to fix a

burden rather than a bug report which cites an existing known

malformation.

If we see a single report on a question, then treat us very differently a subject for which we have seen 20 reports. Frequency is correlated with the priority, because we want to serve the largest number of people with our difficulties.

After all, if I understand correctly, read you the Scriptures to the wishform

by Todd in any case [hmm... or is it only After Effects?], and I'm sure that

He is reading this thread, too (and presumbly therefore his first Pro

counterpart).

It's a very bad assumption (badly) that the Adobe staff to read these discussions. This is a user forum. Some staff members Adobe spend a little time here because we love help, but is not an official or reliable way to communicate with Adobe staff.

BTW, I'm just the person who reads all of the bug reports for After Effects. My Premiere Pro counterpart is not spending much time at all on the forums.

(For other many other Adobe products, I have been informed that it is useful

in support of workbooks with assistance from Adobe to officially get the bugs

connected. But Todd said this is not the case for DVA products.

Of couse, I don't know what to do if the bug report requires a fixation

files, since you can't do that in the wishform - file the two I suppose.)

No, don't do both. Filing bugs with the support of Adobe is not the right thing to do.

If we need a file on your part, we respond to the bug report and give you an e-mail address to send him.

  • I created a new user account, but it does not appear to connect to it. (Vista Home Premium)

I created a new user account for my admin account.  I tried to create a standard account and I tried to change to an administrator account.  The only place that this account presents itself is managing it new user accounts in Control Panel.  If I try to change user or sign out and then sign back, it never gives me the possibility to sign until the new user account that I created.

I read another post that said to try to restart in safe mode, what I tried without success.

I also don't get no error messages, so I was not trying to fix anything, given that I'm not sure it's broken and I don't want to do something worse.  I only use this computer and Vista for a few days now, so I hope it's something simple I'm missing because I am not yet familiar with the operating system.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I read the responses on the copy files to the user overall, but when I looked in the c drive, the new username has not been added. What should I do now?

    Hello

The problem is probably damaged the ADMIN account, you were when you created the user account.

Log on as an ADMINISTRATOR or use the HAA below and REMOVE the user account that you created. Then move forward
as if your ADMIN account (the one you used to make this account user) has been corrupted. Once you are sure
It is OK then DISABLE the HAA - login to your ADMIN account and make a different for USER account
    see if everything is OK.

Try these to erase corruption and missing/damaged file system repair or replacement.

    2. start - type in the search - box COMMAND find top - RIGHT CLICK – RUN AS ADMIN

Then do-, use the hidden administrator account to lower your user account (to the lowest level) APPLY/OK
then go back and reset it to the Admin APPLY/OK - this clearly allows corruption. Do this several times. Do the
same for other accounts that may be difficult. Then if necessary you can also reset your password
in the accounts. Do not forget to leave your Admin account and the other to the desired level.

Make another Admin account with your password and use it to fix the others if necessary. (just for

  • New logon user - new user account is created, but it does not work

I have Windows Vista Home Basic Edition.  My computer has suddenly developed a little problem on user account and the guest account.  Every time a new user is created in the user accounts in the Control Panel, or the guest account has been enabled, users cannot open a session.  Any attempt to these users or comments of logon is greeted with "service user profile Service does not have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded."  When the new user is removed, and is used to save all the files, there is no file to be saved.

The problem is not a corrupt profile or SID which should be deleted or renamed and so on.  The problem is that when I create a new user through user accounts in the Control Panel, no profile or anything else seems to be created with it. The computer shows absolutely nothing more than the new user in the title of the user accounts and on the logon screen.  The new user is not in the settings under the my computer properties. There is no document (desktop and so on) for the new user in Windows Explorer; There is no SID for the new user.  It seems that there is no profile or anything for the new user.  System Restore could not help, because the incident that wiped out all system restore points also annihilated profiles. There is no '.bak' file in the registry for all users.

I have the same problem with the guest account.  There is nothing in the browser to indicate the existence of a guest profile. It doesn't seem to be a SID for the customer.  The guest account cannot be used because any attempt to logon as a guest is greeted with "service user profile Service does not have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded."

Yes, please is there someone who can help us solve the problem of not being able to effectively create new users and have a guest account. Thank you.

    Hello temp8127,

    Thank you for your answer!

You can do a 'repair Start Up' but will have installation disc.  If you perform a new installation, then Yes you will need to copy your personal files on a device.  Please let us know status.

Startup Repair is a Windows Vista recovery tool that can fix certain problems, such as system files missing or damaged, that might prevent Windows from starting correctly. When you run the Startup Repair, it scans your computer for the problem and then tries to fix it so that your computer can start correctly.

  • Add a new user of Runtime

I googled and was looking for a documentation with a few images/image of how to add a new user to tide but some not found. I was wondering if any of you can give me a screenshot of how to add a new user to tide. my access does not add/edit a runtime user.

    Thank you very much
    Warren

    Hey Warren,

You should communicate with a person with security privileges to grant you access to adding/changing user tide

Once granted, you should then be able to add users - start clicking on the box with the Green more on top to add a new user.

    User/group name = user/group name

Full name = family name, first name

Domain = AD, empty if Unix, or domain name

Then select security policy: Super users, Runtime user only or other

Users of runtime tab to specify which TIME users access the user/group, the agent tab to specify which users DURATION agent has access. Another tab allows you to specify the telephone number, electronic address of the group/user. If the runtime user needs to connect to a Windows agent, then the windows / FTP password field must be filled in the password tab. And if the runtime user needs to connect to a Unix agent, then the password fields can be left white.

    Just give it a try.
