  I did have to pay for firefox because firefox is free. But I buy the full version of downloadhelper path long before my computer crashed. Download helper has a record of my IP address and my name and email, and I remember seeing a key for my purchase when I used to look in the window options. Then they will make me pay for a legitimate downloadhelper version if they have officially that I already bought? That's what I want to know, because I don't have to buy it again.

  Re-installing Firefox does not necessarily mean that you will have to re - install Download Helper.

  My computer crashed and I had to replace my hard drive. I can't find my photo elements 5 old record shop. Thank God, I wrote my serial number. What can I do without buying a newer version I'm used to the old and to my learning of the age, something new is not an easy task.

  If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated that I lost all my photos old and everything on my computer and I would start to replace programs but cannot find this drive after at least 16 or 17 years old.

• My computer crashed and is now to say I am a guest and I can't change it back.

  My computer crashed and I had to force a hard reboot and now I get an error of the driver, I can't change it back to the administrator never time I click Administrator, then click ok and go back in the window it shows always standard in the user account, and some things in the control panel I click it the window flashes just but without window and without massage.  I really think it's on the carpet.  I have a password on it and I chose to connect without asking me whenever I start my computer, I did it so that I can remotely connect.

  As I am trying to send that it wouldn't go throwing in Internet Explorer and I had to use Chrome.

  Try this:

  1. keep tapping F8 during the first phase of startup.

  2. select Repair from the menu.

  3. Select an administrator account, and then enter its password.

  4. When you are prompted, select System Restore.

  5. set Windows to a point before this problem occurred.
  6. plan in advance and create, test and document a spare, even admin account that you have a spare House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.

  Hello, my Windows 10 computer crashed, and I had to start again, allow a reinstallation of the operating system complete with all my apps being deleted from the machine.  One of these applications was LR6 (independent, no CC).  In my view, LR6 allows two installations of the software by license, so I am writing to ask that the 'meter' installation reset 'one' when I'm done with this installation.    I would never need the re-install second, but given the instability of the operating system, it may be necessary... Thank you.

  Your old profile is located under "roaming."
  For Thunderbird there is nothing that you need to restore from "local."

  What is the error message?  You can install version 3 without having to install version 2.  You'll just need the serial number of the version 2, when you go to turn on version 3.
