Well, since this forum site is absolutely horrible, it is impossible to find the right questions (and answers) and you are redirected to the beginning over and over and over again AND since the online chat service that is supposed to have 24/7 avalability is NOT available, I have no choice but to just ask my question here. I'm paying for the 'Photography' pack which includes Lightroom and Photoshop. However when I descend to the bottom to complete the payment and press on confirm, the loading screen are removed in less than a second and I've redirected back from the start and have to redo all - with the same results... so... What do I do?

    I checked the transaction to pay for your subscription to creative cloud, since credit has been updated after October, the payment was declined.

    Adobe tried to charge you for the November 12, 15 & 16th 2013

    Rerecently when I tried to update an app, I got this message that says "there is a problem of billing with previous purchase a family member." Ask the family Organizer to update their billing information. We do not know what to do. My husband can download apps and updating, but I can't. I should mention that we were virgins iPhone until 2 weeks ago. We signed up for family and I are the beginning of the 90-day trial period.

    If you try to use a debit card, then maybe that's why it is not accepted, not all always seem to work (and would not be allowed at all in some countries).

    A card having a chance to be accepted it must be registered with the same name and address (including the format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and, therefore, the country that sits on your iTunes account).

    I suspect you are trying to use a DEBIT card and not a credit card.   A lot of debit cards is more acceptable.  Have you checked your billing information to see if your card is in the list of acceptable.   Go to App store > store > view my account > log in > Edit payment information.   You'll see the currently acceptable cards for your country.
