My Photoshop and Dreamweaver is freezing up all day.  How can I reinstall again?

Lets try the suggestion below:

> Using native uninstaller to uninstall the application from the below sites:

Win: Panel-> program & features

Mac: Utilities-> Adobe installers folder

> Download and install the Creative Suite from Adobe cleaner tool and remove the remains of the application.

http://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/CS5-cleaner-tool-installation

> Empty Temp folder:

Win: Start-> Run-> %Temp%

Mac: Go-> Go To Folder-> / tmp

> Empty the Recycle Bin or trash.

> Restart the computer and try to install the application.
