My Plan paid CC think I am a trial user and I can't access the paid features. What happens to the scale of the system on the cloud, not only my desktop client. Can anyone help?
The question, for me, is that my account shows a trial and paid account, and this is by default the trial account even if I am a customer paying in good and due form. This issue did not occur until yesterday. I've been on cats and on the phone with people in the accounts and technical support and no real solution... just going round in circles. Clues
Things I've done so far, on the client side:
Logged out and back in. No help.
Force has closed each Adobe process and reconnected. No help.
Uninstalled any related Adobe on my system and reinstalled. No help.
Talked about 5 different and personal technical support account and my degenerate case. Still no help.
Both community indices? I just kill my account and start a new one, but CC penalizes you to cancel the account. So I'm a little stuck.
nolenworld, your account has been fixed. Please disconnect from the creative cloud and reconnect, it should be operational.

Uninstall what you can the normal way via the Control Panel, and then use the CS cleanup tool. Then try to reinstall. You might want to try an installation download rather than the disc if it continues to fail.

The leave it plugged to charge all night. If they still fail to hold a charge, they have bad batteries. I'd return them if they don't charge.

Please, try the following steps:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.
