  Good evening

  I have a problem with the HP drive encryption.   I have a 2009 Nissan Altima.  BlackBerry and other phones beautifully connect via bluetooth.  The Pre will connect, but the sound quality is so horrible, it is unusable.  Static and popping are major problems.  Others have this problem?  I'm willing to put up with the other problems, but this makes the Pre almost unusable for me since I need hands free in the car.  Anyone know of any solutions?

• Challenge: Pre-installed YouTube app not working not

  Hi all

  Problems with pre-installed YouTube app.

  The application crashes when I start and blinks a random string of characters on the top row below the status bar.

  None of the buttons work (except the main home button) and it shows the same results with about 3 weeks ago (it worked in the first place)!

  Widget YouTube also, fails with the message "connection problem. Contact to try again"

  It is even on a Wi - fi & 3G

  I can uninstall & the re - install the built-in app, or someone know of a fix?

  Parameters-> Manage application (Please make sure that all applications are displayed by pressing the menu-> filter)

  Select youTube then 'Clear data' and 'clear cache '.

• App ICS update problem

  Hello

  After update to ICS yesterday, whenever I change my phone and turn it back on, various updates to the app that have been previously installed are gone and I get a notification that the updates are available. Go to the game store, I see that all of the updates I previously must be put back.

  There were 13 apps that have had this problem, some pre-installed and some of mine. Do not think that I asked to be moved to the SD card.

  Anyone else having the same problem?

  I have a new ProBook 5330 m which comes pre loaded with Excel Starter 2010. I loaded my own suite Microsoft Office 2007 which I would prefer to use. When you use default Office Excel Starter 2010 how can I change the default value to my Office 2007?

  Solved my problem, deleted pre loaded software and fixed all files that are opened with the wrong program.

• Pre 11 Causes screen refresh failure

  I'm working on a relatively new (less than six months out of the factory) laptop Lenovo W530 and whenever I move the window that contains the Meadow around on the screen it leaves a continuous trail behind every time the window was, according to the guidelines of this example.

  

  The really baffling thing is that this problem does NOT occur with any other program I use, including the Photshop elements. I will note that force a refresh of the screen (F5) will restore the underlying desktop display, but not other windows that have been overwritten.

  I've updated all of the video drivers for the latest (see notes below) and have deleted the file BadDrivers.txt as suggested in the support forum.

  I'm on Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) with a hard drive 1.0 Tb and 8.0 GB memory main. My computer screen is controlled by an Intel HD Graphics 4000 with the version of the driver 9.17.10.2843 dated 21/08/2012. (I find a updated driver has just been released from Intel last week, but this version is not yet available from Lenovo.)

  Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome. Thank you very much in advance for your consideration.

  Pre needs to interface more closely with the video driver, than almost any other program that one is likely to encounter, with the exception of the extreme games and 3D editors real.

  Intel chips large, but had a horrible record, regarding the update of the video drivers. For a more general computation, this isn't really much of a question, but with the GER (PrPro, Photoshop CS 6 and after effects CS 6), it IS a question.

  Although my more old laptop has a nVidia GeForce 8800 M GTX chip (with the support of the great driver), I ran in the same issue, you have - for the XP - Pro operating system, and this chip nVidia, socket driver stopped. I need to update my at least OS Win7, using the latest nVidia drivers - is no longer support for XP - Pro. I get the same trails and other anomalies. Fortunately, I have a new laptop with the latest nVidia chip and Win7-Pro "mail."

  I've also found that 11 pre must really, really video shooting, the last driver from nVidia and AMD/ATI, releasing new drivers for current operating systems and relatively common cards, about once a month. I doubt that Intel has an update, but I would check on their website and also Lenovo, even portable mfgrs. Re - write drivers for their special chips and BONE. My older PrE. PrPro, After Effects and Corel Painter, all work with my old nVidia driver, but I have problems with pre 11.

• pre crashes when recording in format ipod/iphone mp4

  Hello, I'm having a problem that when I try to share and to save to the format ipod/iphone save routine comes to 96% finished and crashes. It is present every time without fail.

  I tried several things on my own to go beyond that, and here's what I've found so far. If I strip all the music on the video he will save.   Your Audio is longer than your video? If so, you will want to make a Dip - in-black and add black Video to cover your Audio stream of 100%, or just over. I always leave an additional s 02 Black video, beyond all the sound elements.

  You can test export/share to another preset? How does this work?

  Finally, you can tell us more about your systems? One important aspect will be the IO system, i.e. HARD drive, their size, the amount of defragmented disk space, their speed and how you have allocated.

• Cannot install all security software

  My brother bought a laptop Toshiba Saterlite which came with Audrey from McAfee. Well, the trial failed and he wanted to install Kaspersky because it's her choice. A new Kaspersky was purchased from Amazon. The installation was attempted, everything was fine. As he tried to open it to change a few settings nothing happened. Basically, the icon was there but it could not be opened, it does nothing.

  I have since contacted Kaspersky and ran all the tests and sent newspapers resulting for them and they assure me there is nothing prevents the installation. I tried today to install, McAfee, and the operation has failed because of an error. I got the same message with AVG, Norton, but also a few other programs.

  Anyone know if it is sometjhing to do with the Toshiba Software and that so this can be resolved. The system has been analyzed with MaleWareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware and all showed no problem.

  If someone would be kind enough to please help with this, so I would be grateful.

  Have you removed McAffe software system before you started the installation of Kaspersky?

  Generally avoid any problem. Pre-installed software antivir must be removed the system, and after that restart new laptop software can be installed.

  I see that you have a problem in the installation of new Windows USB port. It seems that your HDD was not detected, right? It's because your laptop uses a SATA HDD.
