My screen keeps bouncing. This may be the cause? Almost impossible to read.

Check if you need to make changes on the monitor.

Follow these steps and check if the problem persists.

Step 1:

Update your drivers to view the manufacturer's Web site and see if they help.

Step 2:

Test the issue in safe mode.

Step 3:

If the screen does not bounce in safemode, I you would have put your computer in a clean boot State in order to eliminate conflicts of third party software.

Note: Don't forget to restart your computer as usual.
