My toshiba windows 8 crashed and I want to reinstall windows 8 on it.

When it has been repaired, the repairman put windows 7 on it. Is there a way I can reinstall windows 8 without having to pay for it? I'm not really afraid on files deleted because my computer wiped clean enough now. I tried to do it myself, but I either had to buy or download from fragmentary attractive sites. Any suggestions?

Hello

Check with Toshiba support in your country and USA. You always have the right to install
media.
