  It is possible that you have a corrupted file. In Outlook Express.

  Close Outlook Express.
  Enable hidden files and folders on your computer.

  To see hidden files:

  1.	In the menu Tools in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
  2.	Click the view tab.
  3.	Under hidden files and folders, click Show hidden folders and files.

  Note  To access Windows Explorer, click Start, point to all programs, and then click Windows Explorer.

  Research of Deleted Items.dbx.
  Rename this Items.dbx.old deleted.
  Now open Outlook Express again and this file will be to recreate.

I always send the crash report, but it seems to do nothing to solve the problem.

I don't know how I can appply any of this information to help me to conduct a review of the Microsoft software licenses.  I have what it takes to make sure I'm consistent, but so far I had a lot of trouble with this Microsoft recommended solution.

  I added to the system usernames and passwords to ensure that I can access all areas of our network that will reflect the status of Microsoft Licensing AFAIK.  I still need to add something in addition to what is discovered automatically, because I don't want to introduce another level of complexity until I know that this software is running properly.   Thanks for any help or advice you can provide.   I have already reviewed the document that describes the advice on the implementation of the plan.
