My Troubleshooting Wizard will not work what can I do

my assistant wireless says it has stopped working and when I try to start my Troubleshooting Wizard for what anyone, it won't work.

Have you tried to launch another place troubleshooting services? You can launch the convenience of Control Panel, Action Center or related topic in help

How about unchecking "Get help desk to update from the Windows online troubleshooting Service" and use only the local convenience store?

Follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.

Method 1:Run the System File Checker tool.

Method 2:Check the question in the boot.

Follow the steps to perform a clean boot.

1. click on start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

2. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

3. on the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items.

4. on the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.

5. click OK and then click on restart.

6. once the issue is resolved, please start the computer in normal mode with the text following steps below:

7. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

8. If you are prompted for an administrator password, type your password, or click on continue.

9. in the general tab, click Normal startup.

10. click on OK and then click on restart.

Method 3 :-> Open IE and go to Tools Internet Options-> advanced
Uncheck the option - Check for server certificate revocation
