I have the same password for both, but now it does download the hotmail address and not the business Edition.

This turns out to be very frustrating. I get the message "you have too many failed connection attempts.

The last email I have dated the 24th. I don't understand why if the password is the same I can get an e-mail and not the other.   This was really helpful for me to manage my files with the other address - * address email is removed from the privacy * this is a my Web site address - www.topazcoaching.co.uk (windows live office small business)

How can I fix this so that I can get my emails "Topaz" stay as before?   I already created a new password and went through this whole process, without success.    What I find confusing as well, this is my id to windows lve doesn't seem to work when I try to sign in to messenger is a related problem?

    Having two computers laptops, wifi, windows7, and ie8. Your laptop, send and receive. Calendar and contacts works perfectly. Second computer, when you attempt to read emails via messenger or ie8, I get the above message, also calendar is not updated.     If I connect directly to hotmail, bypassing ie8 and Messenger, everything is there, I guess it's a timing issue. Would appreciate any help. (worked fine until about 3 months ago)

    I'm not a fan of the AOL software. Personally I would not use AOL as my Internet service provider. I only had a close encounter with the AOL software in recent years. Finally, the problem has been solved and it was not caused by the AOL software but he could have easily.
