  Hello

  You should be able to solve this problem by activating the mode Hibernate in the command prompt. If she hibernates, it will save an image where you are on your hard drive and you will be in business once the power returns.
  You must also make sure that your power options would spend in hibernation mode when the power is lower at some point.

  The examples I have seen are Windows 8 back to a previous state when something goes wrong with the boot and Thunderbirds gets cancelled out of existence. Creating a restore point in Windows after you install Thunderbird could help.

  Win XP SP3 and Windows Live Mail. I get emails from my office surveillance video. The e-mail has an attachment '.htm '.   I have been working on this since April too and may not know how to solve this problem.  Last update was in March.  I used the MicrosoftFixit.wu.MATSKB.Run with no luck.  He says that he can not solve the problem and leads to a MS web page, which doesn't help.   I also stop the update services and several DLLs and then restarted them without success, according to a website of windows troubleshooting.  I am not prepared to roll back, nor do I want to reload the operating system.  If I do that, I'm going to Linux.
