  CC versions is not a serial number. They are activated using your Adobe ID and password. Which version of Photoshop and Lightroom do you really?

  • Looks like you have some issues causing third-party plugins installed here.
  • Holding the SHIFT key launch PS and click Yes at the prompt, see if that does the trick.

• Monthly CC Photoshop & Lightroom - no serial number

  Bought the monthly subscription for this offer.  Downloaded Photoshop & Lightroom without problem.  Installed photoshop, but cannot install Lightroom.  Setup requires a serial number and I can't find anywhere in my Adobe account where this serial number would be.  Does not seem to be integrated in the creative cloud.

  You have beta (trial version) installed for the room light? If so, then the uninstall completely by checking the boxes preferably too.

  Now restart the computer & download & install from the desktop CC application. It should work.

  In case it does not work, contact Adobe support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.
