  I got the HP Pavilion g6t - 1B 00 CTO Notebook PC now for a year or two. I have been having some problems with internet connectivity and put my computer to "sleep".

  You can do it yourself; It is not too terrible a task to accomplish.

  Here is the Service Manual for your computer and page 50 are the instructions to remove the keyboard.  To actually get the keyboard itself you can contact HP support at 1-800-474-6836 if you reside in the United States or to the Canada or click on this link and select your location, and the number is provided for you.

  Now if you feel comfortable, the HP support service can provide you with a quote to get the keyboard replaced directly through them so that the option is still possible.

  I have used the top and down arrow keys to add and remove a star/polygon points but when I use it, it adds / removes too many at once.

  It does not add/remove whenever I press the arrow buttons.

  I tried setting the key parameters to repeat without success.

  I use Illustrator CC on a MacBook Pro 2015.

  Can someone help me fix the problem please?

  Assuming that CC 2015, try disabling GPU performance by clicking on the icon of the rocket in the bar of the App, or on the top of the menu bar, deselect the box Performance GPU; You may also uncheck performance GPU in your preferences.

  There are a few problems with the GPU and Adobe are working on them. They should be resolved with the 19.0.1 patch, that is I hope that this week.

• When I use the arrows or the right scroll bar up and down, it is very slow. What can I do to fix this?

  When I have one on the internet and you want to scroll up and down, I use the arrow keys or the scroll bar, but the screen is moving slowly in the kind of a stall model.

• Selection of the tabs and the arrow keys Tab Switching

  Older versions of Firefox had this feature. Before 3.0, Firefox allow you to select the text around a tab by clicking through, allowing you to scroll the tabs using the arrow keys. After 3.0, you could do this by clicking on the left and then immediately right clicking. I have since past 12 Firefox, and I can't seem to find this feature, even if it is useful for me. Is there a solution or a way to do this in Firefox 12 I don't know? Addons which adds this functionality or a parameter, would be greatly appreciated.

  EDIT: I know there are other ways of the tabs, but the arrows were particular dresser.

  In fact, I found a good work-around (which was rather hidden) which is exactly the same functionality as before, but in several stages.

  If you're like me and you wanted it, do the following:

  -Press Control-K-
  -Press tab-
  -Take advantage of arrow tab switching!

  I don't know why it happened progressively more difficult over the years, but at least I can still do it.

  3. System formatting.

  The third difficulty formatting helped me and my keys started working. After few days I installed HP Network Manager software but it after installing it again these keys stopped working and also the shift caps lock LED lights and a Wi - fi connection do not turn on, but these two are functioning normally.

  You and Advance23 have covered almost everything at this point and I think it's a hardware problem. I would recommend that you contact HP for repair. You can reach HP Total Care at 1-800-474-6836 in North America or Start here outside of North America.

  Restore point:

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

  If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  I've had this keyboard for several years and it works very well, but there was a problem with what I was never able to solve.
  My arrow "to" doesn't work when I press the 'left' arrow key  If I am now the 'left' arrow key and then press the 'down' arrow key, it does nothing either.

  It is not a problem except when I use the arrow keys to move an avatar in a game (especially shooters).  This does not happen to the direction keys on the numeric keypad, just the main arrows.  For an example of game, I'm able to move in all directions except diagonal-left-down, and I can't share 'left' to 'down' without a full version of 'left '.

  I even coded a sample program to print text down button is broadcast with an keyReleased() event.  It goes off when I press the arrow key to the left and also when I actually release the arrow key down.  So if I press key, then the left key, then release button, I get it two times in a row, but if I press the left key only, it does not print the text, and if I press and release the button by holding the left button down while it ALSO does not print.  If the key is completely overridden by the left arrow.

  What the heck!  I have the latest drivers, so is this material instead?  This isn't a new problem, so I don't think it's dirt either (especially since its spill resistant), but I don't know what I can do about it at this stage.

• Lately Firefox is no longer recognizing macros Macro Express and upper and down arrows do more work as it should.

  When you start your laptop at the beginning you can see the symbols of disk in the lower corner of the screen. If a player is selected under the side, you will see a short line. • T440p BIOS - cannot use up/down arrow keys [broken?]

  I think that there is a problem with the current BIOS of T440p that I can not change the menu with the arrow/down buttons items. Up and Down keys work well in Windows 10. Difficulty please!

  OK, I just realized that I have a defective touch of DIRECTION DOWN. That explains it. GRRRR

• Hp2540P: All by pressing brightness up and down function keys nothing happen except ambient light sensor

  1. I have already installed windows 7 32 bit and then upgraded to 10 32 bit windows all drivers and all were working great.

  2. After installing windows 7 64-bit and upgrade to windows 10 Pro. before you install the driver of quicklaunch 64bits, function keys did not work. but after installing the driver of quicklaunch, only the sensor ambient keys work but not working not properly.

  3. as I have activate the ambient sensor. the light become very low and don't resolve with regard to lighting and after you turn off the room sensor the brightness of the screen become maximum. And when I press the funtion key low/high brightness. only appears this brightness bar is lowering down or up.

  4. power supply do not work. Eve/battery power Saver/High Performance on the selection.

  Please suggest a solution for this.
