• executable file does not appear in the list of programs

  After installation of my executable it does not appear in the list of all Windows programs. I've built a lot of executable and installers before but this is the first time I see this. The folder is created in the Program Files (x 86) directory and the program performed well when I double-click on the .exe.

  This sw was initially developed with LV10 with WinXP then moved to LV2012 with Win7 64 bit and then to LV2013 and it uses a plugin architecture (I'm still not very familiar with this).

  I also have these following questions:

  1. I don't remember so many folder created after building an exe file (see photo "filelist.png") before moving this application to LV2013, why all these dataX folders are created? (associated with the plugins?). Except for the data folder containing my ini and xml configuration files these folders all contain a single mnu file.

  2 - Why are there some records of pilot instrument included in the compilation? (Agilent, Keithley and Tek) I'm also using other equipment, and they do not appear in the construction. These problems with the build because of their tree VI live I had to either check turn debugging on or off the use of the diagram structure on these screws diagram which is certainly not the right way to do it.

  3. probably the most important, what would be a document of reference on how to create an executable and a Setup program for an application architecture plugin.

  You use LVOOP you use the NI Report Generation Toolkit, which is implemented using OBJECT oriented programming. Already this explains some of the additional folders that you see.

  Other components are of course part of lvlibp (packed project library) and where it will not integrate the EXE itself. Also their dependencies... which may explain support directories (data1, data2,...).

  Referring to other settings, the log file does not help much. So we can not tell you why the installation program does not create a program shortcut in "start > programs". If you check the "shortcuts", you should be able to see if there is a routine in the Setup to create such a link or not. If the parameter is there, but the installation fails to create, it can be connected to the user rights that you use to run the installer...

  I have a final cut on my mix but the main path does not appear in multitrack!

  There is one file .wav with this name, I can open in the waveform and even import anew in multitrack (the address is the same), but it will not display or play under the edict, I spent all day yesterday.   Personally, I think putting the LR catalog in the 'My pictures' folder is a bad idea is not a photo, but that's just me. When you put your catalog and where you put your photos does not matter.

  However, once you are inside the LR catalog, in the library, folders Panel module, you will need to "relocate" all of your old files and LR knows where they are now.

We have now solved the problem by further research in the Adobe forums: we didn't know that DreamWeaver creates a folder script associated with the Flash file, which must be uploaded with the .swf file. It's all working now, and the sum of our knowledge has increased a little.

  After I finished work on an image in PS CC 2015, I save it and close it.  When I return to the PS and go to file, open the latter, it does not appear in the drop-down list.  Only much more old files appear, never one I just finsihed working on.  It's constant since I bought the CC.

  I use PS CC 21015 on Windows 7.  Is there a setting that I can hire to the last file I worked on to appear on recent configurations?

  Suggest you go to the file menu in Photoshop > open the recent item > clear recent files list > restart Photoshop and then check if the list of recent files is updated.

  Hardware Apple JPEG should play very well, as long as you have the latest version of Apple QuickTime installed. CODEC is included, and generally, first can use it.

  In addition, I did not see if you're on a Mac or a PC.

  I have not heard about mfgrs camera. tweaking the JPEG, as they do with MJPEG (MotionJPEG), but if Pannyy did change things, then their specific version of the JPEG CODEC probably will install utility disc of your camera. With some disc utility, the CODEC is a separate installation with some, it install the camera driver, if there is one and with others, the necessary CODEC installs with the cataloging/editing utility program.

  If I have a local XML file with a XSLT file local XML file is displayed as expected. If the two files are on my server again that the XML file is displayed correctly. However if the XML file is local and the XSLT file is on the server (and the XML file points to the file on the server) I get the following error:

  Using Firefox on a Mac 41.0.1.

  This problem does not occur on Safari

  Following these tips, I added an .htaccess file in the directory on the server that contains my .xslt file, which contains the line:

     Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
  

  And that seems to have solved my problem for Firefox!

  Does not seem to solve the problem on Internet Explorer, but suspect it's a problem for another day (and maybe another forum).

  Hey gang, I've created a few docs in Word format with the help of a font Times New Roman size 12 points. I copy and paste the word text in Illustrator, or select the same font properties in Illustrator and the type from scratch, the fonts on-screen and copies in PDF is more condensed and therefore creates different line breaks (about 3 words per line less) than the version of Word.

  Line breaks are an easy solution, of course, but I prefer the appearance bigger, richer version of MS Word. I have incorporated other graphics so print a PDF directly from Word is not an option. How to set the font properties in Illustrator so that the police looks the same as the version of MS Word?

  I also noticed that the same font family does not options in italics. How is this possible a so common font like Times New Roman?

  Found and fixed the problem on my own. For some reason, the setting of the horizontal scale on the transferred MS Word fonts at a percentage less than 100%. Once I reset the whole paragraph, everything was fine. A couple of slightly modified kerning values required lines, but other than that, good to go. If anyone runs into this problem on other fonts, just check the values in the character Panel to make sure that the horizontal scale is correct.
