Why isn't this message intermittently?

You can have this as a scheduled task in the Task Manager.  Go to start / Control Panel / administrative tools / Task Manager and check an elements called InternetServiceOffers and recording.  If you find them, delete them (or at least disable them if your uncomfortable to delete) and who can stop messages from appearing (or at least reduce their frequency).  If you do not have these entries (I have not) then this isn't the problem.

Here is an article from Microsoft about this problem with some proposed solutions: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/967941?p=1.  I think this might be you the best solution to a solution.

This problem occurs when you try to go to a Web site yourself or the message will appear as if by magic from time to time?  What browser are you using and what version?

Here is an article on how to adjust the settings of Internet Explorer (if it is the browser you use) - maybe some changes in the settings will avoid this problem (or you can always restore the default values and see if that helps - even if then you need to reset all changes you wish to keep).

This message can also occur if you temporarily lose the connection between your router or wireless device and the modem (or maybe with the internet itself - but that would probably be an ISP issue).  If it persists, you should check these devices for problems (for example, you can plug the modem directly into a pC, without going through the router and see if the problem persists on this PC).

    • The sites load correctly when you try to access them in a web browser.
    • The thing that all these sites have in common is that they use the SilverStripe content management system.
    • I have used SilverStripe on my sites for more than a year and have never had this problem with BrowserLab until last week.

    • Other sites such as microsoft.com and bbc.co.uk load very well.

    We found the source of the problem - Silverstripe generates an incorrect HTTP header. The content-type header has the value of the character in quotes. For example,.

    content-type: text/xml; charset = "utf-8".

    is used when it should be

    content-type: text/xml; charset = utf-8

    Most modern browsers are lenient and allow the incorrect header, but BrowserLab was triggered upward by quotes. This problem surfaced recently, when BrowserLab added the ability to follow links on the screenshots. This feature we have to read and analyze the pages and you try to read a page with an unknown character caused an error to report.

    We have implemented a solution, which is to strip the quotes from the charset value. We anticipate that the fix will be deployed before the end of July.

    The problem can also be fixed if Silverstripe remove quotation marks from the content-type header.

    I contacted a representative of useful Adobe via chat who told me that it was better to start a new subscription. I have to admit that I was overwhelmed by the amazing accessible software in CC but very disappointed (surprised) with the huge process of trying to update my payment information. I hope that Adobe will get this sorted out soon. Perform the payment of billing, digital companies online like Amazon and check out a breeze. Update your payment details should take about 30 seconds, not hours of skimming of the online forums, several cats with phone calls. For the majority of the CC users, their time is billable and expensive. We can afford to spend a day of work, sort of things like that.

    Adobe must match excellent customer service and ease of use with their exceptional software. It's logical. Hopefull they will get the kinks brought soon. It will be better for everyone involved.

  • Migrated from CPD in March, the plan was cancelled and now my images are gone.

    I left more credits with Dollar and them Photo Club transferred to Adobe stock with the link I was sent. I signed up for promoting $9.99 even if I subscribe to the Creative Suite Adobe stock each month. He said now the plan has expired and when I try to update nothing happens. I also lost all my credits. I was about 13 when I was transferred and it showed that I had 29 credits on Adobe Stock, there are not included and he said: subscribe.

    When I try to upload a picture, it takes me to the screen to subscribe.

    Don't know what to do, I really need them for a project and I'm disappointed that I lost all these unused credits.

    Terms of promo Stock DPC has been cancelled.  When an action plan is cancelled, you will lose access to any unused portion of the credit.  However, this also affects any other Stock credit on your account.

    9 credits have been transferred to the DPC

    With your CC + Stock plan that you still had 23 credits

    So, I'll add 32 credits on your account.

    Do you intend to cancel the plan of actions of DPC and continue with the CC + Stock plan?

    1. create a chm file in RoboHelp 7 HTML.
    2. it works when I open HR or open the .chm, as you have it saved in My Documents > MyRoboHelp project > project name >. SSL! > projectname.chm.
    3. copy the file to a different location (such as a network drive).
    4. when I go to open, just get the "shell" the file opens with the table of contents, but all pages display message "Navigation to the webpage was canceled".


    What is happening with this? I don't know even where to start troubleshooting. I don't get the error messages in the compilation.

    Please take this in the way in which it is intended. (read with humor) Where you from years past? Microsoft made a change for years who did overflow feature CHM when you try to run from a network location.

    If you wish, you can change the behavior. But that means security to relax a bit. More can be found at this link.

    Add the e-mail to each site Page to IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - Trusted Sites
