Necessary installation script tool

I'm rolling a form to several clients that will need to have Acrobat Reader XI is installed.

In addition, it seems that I have to install scripts to the level of folders on their computer as well.

Ideally, I would like to have a single setup program that does both (installs the player, then my scripts).

Is this possible or should I force them to two installation process?

Finally, what is a simple, installation tool Windows shareware that will create an MSP or EXE file?

Have you looked at the Adobe site and IT technical resources section?

    I saw a suggestion in another forum that said to remove drivers Virgin Mobile via Add/Remove programs.
    Then, remove the Novatel directory in Program Files. They claimed that remove the directory was the key.

    Then add the drivers of Windows XP to return to the large map Strip MC760.

    Thanks for your reply. The problem is resolved. In my case with these steps:

    1 - try first to cancle

    2. create a new project of facets again

    3. I get the same error, but I could create project for WLST

    4 - later in Eclipse--> Windows > preferences > PyDev > interpreter - Jython

    and work...

    Guys please help with this I have been through Google all day but with no luck, I moved that the workspace to the production environment and application as well, but the thing is the tables using the app has not been moved with the application. On the assumption of the objects in the application page, I selected Yes in the include supporting objects option. Does anyone know how I could create an installation script to create the tables as well. ?

    That work to exclude the _replica VM, but there seems to be an error with the way your filtered for ToolsOk.  The output error shown VMs with ToolsOK. So I edited a little like this:

    This has existed in the RC BETA and still does in the GA release and uncomment comments and restarting the webAccess service, you will get a link for the scripted Installer but modules aren't always load.

    Someone at - he managed to get this working or has been deleted or forgotten?

    FYI - I know that you can take a look at KS.cfg previous and a part of the documentation provided in the installation guide to create a new kickstart for ESX 4, but the question is about the generation tool and if it's been deleted.

    As I see you have two questions. ;)

    Initially, I would say I don't think anyone here will be able to provide accurate answers, but here's my opinion:

    Q1 full installation for the installation of the OS I prefer, but I think that you will be able to make Win7 upgrade. Problem is how the Toshiba tools and utilities will work after this upgrade. As far as I know in the past Toshiba has suggested to abolish some tools and utilities before installation upgrade begins.
    Then perhaps you should think of the complete installation of operating system. I think it is the best solution for you.

    Q2 I the history I see a problem, what happens if Toshiba does not provide supported Win7 for your laptop model? You will then have problems and try to use Vista stuff in hopes that it works with Win7 too. Anyway, in this forum, you can find several assignments where people confirm that most of the stuff Vista with Win7 runs.

  • Disable automatic installation of tools

    I've updated to VMware Fusion 6 recently and it is interfereing with our virtual machine creation process. I installed it on Mac computers and we deploy the VMs Win7 with a task sequence. Part of the process is to use a proprietary program to automatically install applications that are not part of the base image. What happens with the Fusion V6, is that he sees the image of deployed Win7 and starts to automatically try to install the VMware Tools package. This breaks the install and betai image gets deployed not everything is installed or configured correctly. Some machines don't get certificates of computer and cannot connect to our VPN, Configuration of the system of Protection settings prepare you, programs that were to settle automatically do not. We do not screen OSD SCCM deployment with the end result. If you sit at the machine during the generation, you can sometimes catch it and cancel the installation, but it is usually a deployment of 2-3 hours and I'm not always next to each machine.     In the tools.upgrade.policy to replace .vmx configuration file = 'upgradeAtPowerCycle' with: tools.upgrade.policy = "manual".

    Davide Barranca has created a javascript that circumvents Adobe Extension Manager and allows you to create a script that installs extensions, scripts, ect. GO HERE for her.

    My question is, I have two panels I want to install with a script. Davide script lets only a Panel must be installed with the script. Is there a way to have an another javascript executed the first extension of js script and then run the second script extension, so two install scripts are installed with a js script.

    to work around the problem, you can duplicate the installer.jsx/ASSETS folder and let the first installer.jsx call the second installer after he is done with the first round table, something like:

    $.evalFile(File($.fileName).path + "/installer2.jsx");
    

    This would basically follow the two installation programs (not very elegant I know!)

    In addition, you can take a look at the beautiful project of Max Penson here: Zxp Installer which is basically its own version native and open source Adobe Extension Manager (incorporation of the Adobe ExManCmd command line utility that has not been abandoned as the GUI version).

    For those living in a cave in the last week, Adobe Extension Manager no longer stand, CC2015, etc. etc. (see: HTML Panel advice #17: CC2015 Survival Guide |) Photoshop, etc.)

    ZXP installer works perfectly, unless you screwed up the ExMan database with the CC one app (I get screwed two and it was a majestic PITA for three days).

    Soon, Adobe killed the extensions Manager, transplanting its nucleus in the CC app + the ExManCmd utility, both based on the same data - Max uses the ExManCmd under the hood of its native application.

    Myself, I spent so many hours did the customer for the extensions Manager, which I personally prefer to use something different now - at least I can blame myself in case something is not :-), but it's just a matter of personal preference.

  • Problem with the CentOS post-installation Script

    I use VMware Studio 2.6 to create a couple of CentOS 6.2 VMs.  A virtual machine is perfect, the other does not work it's "Script of post-installation of Application."  I find it a little strange because if I just copy the script from Studio in the virtual machine, it works fine.  But not when I'm deployign the OVF.  What?

    The two CentOS systems are virtually the same.  the only difference is in the FULL domain name and host name lines where I grep for different properties of the FVO.

    Someone has ideas how to debug this?  Thanks in advance.  I've included the script to post below.

    Hmm. This does not resemble a script of post-installation for me at all. This script is run at the end of the installation, but the VM has not been deployed yet, so the properties of the FVO are likely not useful (they are only put in place at the time of the deployment, for the * user * unit and you do this during the compilation, like the * author * the device.) The network parameters that exist in the envionment of the author are almost certainly not this as an end user * deployment * unit is lilkely to use; their domain, dns, and network addresses certainly not will be yours). Also, you don't mention how this script "failed", that might help narrow down the cause. Look at the debug log and the postinstall.log and see if you can find the real cause of the error. But in all cases, property OVF stuff you make here is not part of the postinstall script. Instead, it looks more like something that belongs in a script firstboot, although VAMI already does most of what you do with networking.
