I need to contact the customer service that I need to make a formal complaint, so far, I spoke to a member of the staff of customer service by live chat and they could not help, so they gave the following e-mail address:

Currently, I'm trying to contact customer service to ask WHY they removed half of my creative cloud apps whereas I always in my period of one year where I'm supposed to get all?

LR4 how can I contact customer service for my serial number?
Ordered and PAID for LR4 upgrade (from beneath LR 3 license). Received email said here is your order number and the contact of the customer for the serial number. My page order also says contact customer service where should be the serial number. $80 and 40 zillion connects later, here I am. Now what?
Note: The serial number of my LR3 has not worked for LR4.
