Need to be reimbursed for $109.95 cancellation fees and monthly fees of $19.99
I started my contract September 2014, I cancelled on October 1, 2015. I had to communicate with Adobe 4 times now and have been informed I would be refunded my charge and my case should be wound. I was told I would receive an email 24-48 hours after contact with Adobe, and I have still yet to receive one of these emails. Each time, I have ALSO told me that my refund would happen in 5-7 working days, that has not happened. Whenever I tell the situation, the representative is not any note of my cancellation refund fee. It is absolutely absurd. THEN on top of that, I was charged $ 19.99 monthly subscription the 16th of this month. I am beyond frustrated and said that I can't speak to a supervisor. I spoke with a Manager and she said exactly the same thing as the representative. I have all the documented transcripts of previous conversations and think to submit to my Bank. Anyone have any useful suggestions? Would be really grateful, thank you!

My contract is renewed on June 10, I just realized this when I logged. I went to cancel my membership and cancellation policy says that if you cancel within 30 days, you can get a refund for this year here. But the sales guy told me is that on the first month, have you ever and that the EULA says something about it, but its so badly made that I'm not sure. Has anyone received a refund after renewal? I feel like I should be able to be reimbursed for these last two days...

Without any input from me, Adobe has usefully automatically renewed my annual contract in March. He got around June and I wanted to cancel, so I have... Without reading the small print and was immediately charged £109,56, which I can't really afford. I had assumed that since I signed up for an annual contract about 15 months ago, I'd be in the clear to cancel without penalty, I didn't know that the auto-renew terms were quite unreasonable. My mistake.
So I went on the livechat and eventually the customer service agent decided not to apply cancellation fees if I subscribed to a cheaper package for the contract of a year [Photoshop and lightroom £8,57 per month].

It felt a bit like blackmail, but oh well, that's my only option... I was worried not to lease with an unexpected hole size £109,56.

How is that acceptable? I want a refund, I was promised a refund. But it turns out that I was just being lied to keep me on the hook for another year?
After this nightmare is over I'm NEVER reuse adobe products. It is a horribly to treat paying customers.
Nobody here can help. If you read the license agreement that you had when you first purchased the software about 15 months ago would have seen that you are bound to the subscription for the duration and a termination will result in a penalty of 50% the cost of the unused subscription. As far as the offers that may have been struck to draw back you, nobody here can help you with that.
You should probably try to contact the support again and see if they are willing to work with you to solve it, even if it is likely to not going to your satisfaction because you did cancel prematurely and is not on them to do something beyond the terms of the license agreement.

Depends on when you joined, and how many months you have remaining on your contract. Early termination means generally pay a penalty, but if it is within 30 days of service, they could wave it. I'm a film student and I paid for one month of the suite of student discount creative cloud just hoping to use it for the one month that I needed. Now that I do not have this software I decide to cancel that I did, but I was not informed about the cancellation until the end when I had already cancelled and I was told that I would be charged cancellation fees of £82 that I found to be very stupid and as a student, I can't afford the money with what I earned. So what I want to know is there is a way that I don't get charged that tax or do it where I am charged much less frequent? I find this very unfair and I said no then I would appreciate your help with my situation. Thank you

To give you a point of view when you talk to Adobe, the cancellation fee is part of the user agreement that you accepted when you registered for the subscription. Then, they told you about this before you even signed. They have mercy (and I hope they do - I was a struggle once student who had to work my way if College), but if they are not, consider this a life lesson right to read contracts before signing their.

If you sign up for the 10 images/month promo offer, you must cancel within the first month, if you do not want to continue with the subscription.
You can continue to use the images under licensees. All unused licenses are cancelled as soon as the cancellation of your membership.
