  Use the Quick Selection tool to select each item and then press Ctrl + J (Cmd + J) that will create a separate layer. You can select with the rectangle selection rectangle if you want straight borders. Each item will have a transparent background which will allow you composite with other pictures or blank documents. Click on the symbol of the eyeball in the layers palette to the right to turn on and off and then you can view layers individually.

  Hi, I have a problem with changing colors when pasting between documents.

  First of all, let me start by saying The TWO DOCUMENTS ARE in CMYK. There is no RGB CMYK questioned past here - I tried everything. At least, that I can tell.

  Here's the situation:

  I have a created shape, filled with a shade of PMS, from an old document and when I copy and paste into a new document, the colors suddenly change and become muddy. PMS swatch is the same, just more muddy looking on the screen, in the two Illustrator and as an exported PDF.

  If I copy the shape to the NEW document and paste again in the former, the colors return to normal. So there must be some kind of issue with a color rendition. But my color settings profile is the same for both (North America General Purpose 2)

  I use Illustrator CC, but I tried the same copy > paste the process in CS6 and encountered the same problem.

  I tried to go to Edit > assign profile and clicking "don't color manage this Document", but which do not seem to work.

  I work at a printing company, and this is not the first time that my client has noticed the change of colors. The old one is certainly how the colors are supposed to look - I'd like to re-create these settings so my new documents will always be the same.

Our HFM application has a different type of data because the type declaration (legal and audit). Whenever we arrived with our legal data, we copy our legal consolidated data for verification. We tried to create a formula (using hs.exp) to move data from legal to check, but apparently, this formula should be write inside Sub calculate (). Is not supposed, we do not want to run the copy data every time that the user click on calculate.
  
  We also perform copy data between the scenario, as actual to Budget. This activity also needs all the data consolidated and final.
  
  So the condition for the copy of data are:
  -data must be consolidated
  -Copy all the data, including the adjustment
  
  Is there a formula or a way to copy the data that can be triggered individually (click 1 rules that run only copy data) by the user?

  As you say, you cannot trigger different parts of rules to run in HFM. Instead, you use a condition. In your case this condition might be guided by the management of the process. You can use a combination of GetSubmissionPhase, review status , and ReviewStatusUsingPhaseID functions that returns the current process management level and presentation details: phase. To me, it seems that as soon as you have finished legal, you complete a part of your process cycle and enter another stage of verification.   Is it possible to save automatically documents etc. that I record on iCloud? Although I love synchronization between devices, I don't have a faith in Apple to have my only copy of an important document living remotely and independent of my will on the iCloud.  I'd be happier with a local copy as I guarantee you access to.  Y at - it a soft which should save a copy on hard drive on my Mac when I save on iCloud?

  If you use iCloud Drive on your Mac, you already have a copy of each document. They are simply hidden from your part.

  Once done, open Windows Explorer and go to the drive where, the file to be copied, right-click on it and select copy.  Then go back to Homepage Windows computer and select the drive where you want to copy the file (in this case, the mapped network drive).  Go whenever you want to copy and click the folder where you want that he stored and right-click and select Paste.  The file will be copied.  That's all there is to it.  Once the mapped drives copy really works exactly as it does if you have just one computer that you are handling.

  1.), I'm not aware of how to do to convert a picture linked to an image embedded in FrameMaker. But you can select the image, press Esc BIF (the shortcut of file > import > File) and replace the image with the same, with the Options of Import set to copy to the Document.
