  I have four PC all currently running Win XP Professional Service pack 3. Unfortunately only two of them will run the extension bat files when I double-click the file or run the file at the cmd prompt. The other two for some strange reason will not. When I double-click on them the cmd window opens quickly and then stops as quickly. There, someone knows what's the problem?

  I tried to do my research and on another forum, someone suggested to reinstall or repair the cmd. Is this possible? If so, how? What is the right course of action at all?

  Please if someone could help me to solve this crisis, I would be extremely grateful. Without these bat running files, I can't render my farm runs correctly. Thank you.

I need set the ID of the owner, so I wanted to use BAT to disable all at the same time (to be re-enabled when I'm actually). When I go to update phones, I see 2 checkboxes to the left of the EM allow, but they are both uncontrolled. How can I go about disabling the EM on my group of phones?

  The first check box means "change this setting" - in order to check that.

  The second box is the parameter to be set up - let so that disabled.

  It's like checking next to the calling search space, and then selecting 'none' If you know what I mean.

  I reinstalled Windows 8 on my ENVY 17-j130ea and installed SimplePass from the support page, it has installed SimplePass but does not seem to include the Chrome extension.

  So although it works fine in Internet Explorer, it will not work in Chrome

  Well, I went the long way. I got an old hdd and stuck it in the laptop recovery disks to restore the system on the hard drive and copied the crx from there.

  My scanner will save an image in jpeg format, but my application requires the extension is .jpg .jpeg instead.  In Windows XP, I could easily change that, but I do not see the extension to rename it in Windows 7.

  Start > computer > organize > folder options and research > view > uncheck - Hide extensions of known file types

  This XPI has a maxVersion of 6, it must be updated for Firefox 7.

  You can save this extension on the disc and open it to supplant the maxVersion yourself if you're feeling adventurous.

  If you don't already have it, download and install 7-Zip program - this is a file management program archive utility for Windows - free and open source.

  Once 7-Zip is installed, right click the XPI file and select open with > 7 - Zip File Manager

  Once you see the content of this XPI, locate the file install.rdf .
  Right-click the install.rdf file and select Edit & your text editor will be opened.
  Locate ine em: maxVersion and modify as follows * 7.0 .
  Then use file > save money... in your text editor and 7-Zip will ask you if you want to save changes to archive - don't use any compression if you are invited to this topic.

  To install the extension en you have on the local disk, you can use the file > open file... or simply the XPI to slip into the Firefox browser window.

  You will need to test this extension to ensure that it actually works again in Firefox 7.

  What is not clear with the samples, it is that your CSXS Extension can actually choose not to contribute a menu under window > Extensions.

  FreeGrid sample has elements of menu under window > SDK > free grid (who calls in C++ code that fires a CSXS event to open the extension) and the title of the window > Extensions > free UI grid that opens the CSXS Extension, which, in turn, communicates with the C++ plug-ins. If you remove the

  tag in the manifest file of the extension of the free grid UI (under .staged-extension/CSXS), then who's going to get rid of the window > Extensions > free menu item grid UI, leaving only the menu item defined in the C++ plug-ins. Appears not to be supported by Bundle manifest Editor Extension Builder (I'll file a bug on this topic now), but you can manually edit the manifest file (in Extension Builder, you will need to click on the arrow down on the upper right of the package Explorer and select "filters", then uncheck the ".") * resources"box - this will make the folder visible .staged-extensions. Then just navigate to the fichier.staged-extension/CSXS/manifest.xml, right click on it and select "open with > XML Editor".)

  I found the solution to this problem,
  (1) I added the User.js file in the default mozilla profile folder IE
  C:\Users\xpointers\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xb2fxdxi.default, I've added in user.js

  You can add n number of URLs to run in IETAb or IEtab2.
  User.js file overwrites the prefs.js file.
