  If you really want to replace Windows 7 with Windows XP (which, IMO, is not a good idea), there is no need to uninstall Windows 7.  Just do a clean install of Windows XP.

  License issues aside, there is no need to "Uninstall" Windows in order to use Windows Boot Camp but if you no longer need to use a Virtual Machine, you have created fusion then just delete the Virtual Machine.
