• Viewer photos a green overlay - how to remove it?

  After a failed update of Windows, I had to do a full clean install. Fine, with the exception of the photo viewer, which shows everything with an overlay of green. Its as if someone took a bright green paint bucket and drove up on the display screen I see; It covers everything, photography, space 'empty' around the photo as well. The only thing that is not covered is when I open a menu item; the menu taking place during the Green overlay and not meet the green color.

  You can configure an image scrolling horizontally and vertically, pots that includes buttons that display different States of MSO, but wouldn't work not pinch and zoom. As Bob pointed out, if you create a panoramic picture & zoom, you cannot include nested interactivity.

  Well, I got it. I put the function in the timer_mc clip from child movie using this actionscript:

  _root.stop_btn.onRelease = function () {}
  _root.gotoAndPlay (171).
  };

  Because the stop_btn only appears when the student ended up with ten problems, I put this code in all the images of the child clip. This is why when the stop_btn appears in the parent movie clip, there are new actionscript in the child clip to activate.

  Thanks for your help, when you mentioned the creation of a function in the child clip, it made me realize I was on the right track and had to correct the code accordingly.

• Discoloration of transparency

  In aid of illustrator CS5, not so used to it and having a problem of transparency. My question seems simple enough, but lost.

  Got 2 squares:

  -a red CMYK (0,100,100,0)

  -a transparent red CMYK (0,100,100,0), 50% opacity.

  Without a preview of the selected overlay, how transparent red looming is how I want to print.

  However, with the preview of the selected overlay, it is orange instead of transparent red = unwanted.

  Noticed that there are books of pantone color, should I use those or that this has nothing to do with it? How do you know pantone color that is closest to 50% Red?   If what you want is a tint, and no real transparency, try to mix your colors differently, or perhaps use a Pantone CMYK selector to choose your colors.

  Here are the colors, and a new mix color closer to the look you want. The first view is without overprint and the second with. You will see that you need to cut the yellow and the Red a little bit to get the color you want in one hue.

  

• Updated versions app &amp; folios... for Dummies.

  Looing for a quick flow of the process to update the version of your application. Because I'm about to do this process for the first time.

  I already have 2 folios approved and in the iTunes store with my pro account. They are two folios v24 and it's a v24 app.

  I know that if I want to update the v24 to v25 app I need to submitt so for Apple. Should I submit an update or a new application or makes no difference?

  I also need to recreate two folios already released (in the details of the app) and save them as a v25 and submit them as well?  Or folios can stay v24 and the app can be v25 to the next issue when its ready to produce?

  Is there a reason you want to update your app to v24 to v25? Most publishers don't update their applications with each new version. They wait until there is a convincing feature, such as nested overlays or newsstand. There is nothing wrong with the update of the app and v25 has a new library and a few new features of download. I just wanted to point out that it is not necessary to update your application with each new version.

  You don't need to update your folios v25. With some versions, it is a good idea to upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the new features the folios, but v25 has only a single function which requires a version v25 (the business function to display the conditional HTML content). The v25 Viewer reads all the previous versions of the Viewer. You will never need to submit again that app buying Apple, even if you do not update the folios. Brand new.

  To update the application, you connect to DPS App Builder, select the existing application and click on modify. (It is sometimes a problem for editing apps to update the version, but these downturns have been developed). Select v25 and then just click through the windows, change settings, where you must.   Sorry for my English. I'm a Brazilian designer and I develop folios for iPad.  I met a problem when using overlays of slideshow on my folios.

  Is your article PDF format? If so, this is a known issue. You can work around it by turning off the "Enable PDF zoom" setting when you build your custom in DPS App Builder application (it's in the settings App > section show Advanced Options). Or you can create your article in PNG.
