Netflix doesn't work is not on the new Vaio

I just bought a brand new Sony Vaio yesterday and have been set up all my preferences and apps, but so far the only one to give me troulbe was Netflix. Any time I try to start playback, I get an error message saying that I have not installed the latest version of the graphical software for the computer and run Windows Update. I ran the update once last night and am still getting the error code today. Someone knows how to fix this?

    Setup logs was very good.  Application installed but is not working properly.  Finally got Adobe support and it turns out be a file permissions error.  Had to add applications and myself as accessors of the Lightroom folder under ~/Library/Adobe/ path and set permissions to read & write (was read only for everything except system) and apply to all the cases closed.   Works fine now.  Including this here in case when someone else is going through this issue.

    Yes, this occurs when users try to copy it to the applications using Time Machine or the Migration Wizard.

    Please remove the software using the uninstaller programs located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.  After that it's over, you want to follow up with enforcement of the CS cleanup tool.  You can find the details of its use in the cleaning of CS for Setup issues tool | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

    Once you have completely removed software, then please reinstall from your installation media.  If you have further difficulties then please format the drive and only restore your documents and settings.  You will have more success to install with a clean drive.

Redownloaded the pilot controller/Laser but the computer cannot connect to the laser. When I ping IP laser, the laptop can not see. In the section networking and sharing/change the adapter settings, ther is a big red X next to the Ethernet icon. Help, please!

In this case, if I disable the Wifi connection to the Internet, my computer connects to my laser properly cutting machine via the Ethernet port perfectly. I can then turn on wifi and the laser and the internet connection are functioning properly. Thanks again for the help online

    1. what exactly happens when you try to use the Webcam, you get an error?

    2. have you checked if the drivers and the software is installed for your webcam?

    Ideally, you should be able to launch the webcam using the program that is installed on the computer of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

  • Bluetooth doesn't work is not on the new XPS 13 9350, Windows 10

    Just cannot get Bluetooth to work with any device, even if these devices work with each other.   She will see the device in the Bluetooth settings page and will get "associated with" and then "Connected" for about 5 seconds and then fall back to "paired."  Never really gets a usable connection.    Everything works well on this laptop.  I downloaded a couple of drivers from the Dell site but don't know where to go from here.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Here is how I solved this on my Dell XPS 13 9350

    1 removed my device manager bluetooth accessory (in my case it was a headset/earphone)

    2. right-click on the "Bluetooth Dell Wireless 1820 A 4.1 THE" adapter and click Update driver software.  For me, it downloaded and installed an updated (took a few minutes)

    3 reset

    4. This is probably the key bit (gleaned in a post I found on a forum of HP for a similar symptom).  GO INTO THE BIOS AND RESET BIOS TO FACTORY SETTINGS

    Without step 4, no matching rate, uninstall, etc seems to have no effect.  I guess this is because the different versions of the bluetooth driver write different/incompatible bluetooth keys in the key store, and I suppose that the reset of the bios that erases the.

    Once again I re-paired everything then worked... CLOSE.  for my helmet in particular, I also need to do this:

    5. go in Control Panel "devices and printers".  Right-click on the bluetooth accessory and select Properties.

    6. click on Services.  It takes a few seconds to refresh

    7. you should see a bunch of boxes.  For me, they were all uncontrolled!  In order to check their to activate these services (for example "Audio Sink" to get audio routed to devices 'Remote Control' to manage accessory buttons, "Hands-free telephony", to manage the micro call / voice, etc.)

    Finally (!)  I could then do a right-click on my Audio properties, go to playback devices and select my bluetooth headset (and change to the default playback device, etc.)

    I just bought a Dell inspiron with windows 8.1 5558 today. The laptop looks good, but I am facing 2 major problems.

    (1) a small cross in front of audio symbol indicating this as no output device is installed. Then the Control Panel indicates that NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Extensible wave) WDM is installed. So, how can I get the audio to work?

    (2) I see there is an upgrade available for the NVIDIA software too, but when I click it it keeps saying cant connect to NVIDIA, try again later.

    PS: The system came with a free upgrade option for Windows 10, would upgrading help? If so, please help with this.

I tried to update the drivers and the system responds with the most recent driver already installed. Verified the USB ROOT property and shows nothing when it comes to th Ext.     My touch screen lets you stop work, but was still attached with a reboot of the machine.
    Now it doesn't work at all and * I've tried everything posted elsewhere in this forum *.

    Hi, I shoot events with 2 different cameras, using a pool to the other and back dozens of times switching.  When I come home, I import the maps of two cameras in Lightroom. In the library module, the small previews on the bottom sort by chronological order of capture OF the CAMERA.  meaning that it shows all the photos sorted by capture of the camera one time and then all the photos, sorted by the time form camera capture 2.  I have many, many would prefer if the form of photos, both sorted cameras sort by ABSOLUTE capture time, not a single camera, then another.  In the library module, select view/sort/capture time but it just doesn't work.  any help?

    Triple - make sure that the camera clocks have been set at the same period.

    The best way to do that is to display the date of capture under the thumbnails mode grid library. In the library, view > Display Options and set the low label or the top of the Compact cell Extras to capture Date/time. Then set View > grid view Style > Compact cells.

    Then view > sort > time capture. Look closely at the date/time under thumbnails and pay attention to the AM/PM (if you are in a country with 12-hour formats).  The date/time by strictly ascending order?

    If they are not strictly ascending, thanks for posting a screenshot of high resolution of your entire window of LR showing the problem.

    Although you probably have names on your model, your VRML (.wrl) file does not work. If you try to open the file with a text editor, you can fix this by adding the following statement before processing:

    Basis of DEF transform {}

    This will allow you to access the location of the VI to find. The error is because LabVIEW has not found the name in your VRML.
