Never received registration key blackBerry smartphones...

... for a d/l...

I received a receipt for the purchase of an application through the AppWorld; but never received a license key... so that I can not register the application before the end of the trial...

Who should I contact to get my Reg Key.. ?

Well, I had the chance... even if I never received a response from DataViz (the develpor of the application); I managed to get a phone number to speak with a person...

I explained to him that I had no record anywhere key, gave them my info from device and the software, and they have graciously offered to let me try again to d/l the software...

This time, instead of using the phone OTA, I used AppWorld on my pc... it did not work at first; so I went from using FireFox (3.6) in the use of MS IE (8.0)...

I was able to d/l the software and then use AppWorld SYNC to install on the phone...

The software comes as a suite (there are 5 discrete components): each component shows that this is version 2 (more each has improved features of v.2), none of the components wonder to "activate" the full version, and one of the components has a registration number...

So I think that I have the app that I couldn't...

The only thing is: AppWorld continues to show it as a Version with a registration key of «...» No required... » ?

    It should be in the messages application or phone app depending on how it is configured.

  • For the side volume keys blackBerry Smartphones

    So, this is my first blackberry ever (and I LOVE it), but I have a problem with my keys of volume on the side of the storm.  On my last phone... and all other phones I've owned... If you click on the up/down volume, it changes the sound profile (of the mute, vibrate, at bottom, etc. of high, medium,).

    When I click on my volume buttons on the storm, however, nothing happens.  Is something wrong with my phone, or if this feature is not built (seems weird if that's the case)?

  • Key blackBerry Smartphones tracker problems

    My pavement tracker guard scrolling up and down without moving, can someone help me please?

    It may be a mechanical problem.

    Open the rear cover and remove the sim card and the battery. There is a small rectangular stainless steel metal plate which is the cover for the touchpad. On the left side of the plaque next to the sim card is a small sweet white piece of sticky paper covering a torx screw that holds the plate in place.

    Use a torx screwdriver with a bit of size of T5 and carefully remove the screws, remove the metal plate, then reinsert and replace and tighten the torx screw. You will find that the screw was loose and the plate cannot have been firmly in place. It may solve your problem for good as a loose torx screw prevents the touchpad or the optical block to make the necessary full contact inside this cover.

    Make sure not to lose the very tiny torx screws while working on this topic. You can get a torx screwdriver very cheap with a set of bits of miniature for a few s all about £ or $' s. make sure there is a bit of T5 in the game.

    A temporary solution that could help until you get the right screwdriver is to put firm pressure on the cover of metal plate with your finger. This does not work for a while but the gel always returns.

    Another fix recommended by some is to remove and reinstall Blackberry software, but is not a reliable solution, given the issue of loose screws. The only real difficulty is to follow the procedure above, as long as your touchpad is not physically defective and must be replaced.

    It is not possible in native mode.  There are a few applications 3rd party that you can install to make it happen.  I remember just which ones, however.

    What have you tried to solve the problem?

    Start with a basic battery pull.

    Bifocals

    No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated. Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

    Yesterday I received messages from the activation server for each of the accounts already active e-mail on the device.

    Another thing that happened: I have all the hidden accounts and access messages with the mailbox icon. An icon previously hidden from one of these accounts became visible.

    My concern is that there may be another Blackberry device, access my accounts. It never left my physical control.

    Activation congratulatory messages that you received on your BlackBerry smart phone mean that email Service books were re sent to your BlackBerry Smartphone.

    An icon of electronic mail can become visible again as long as new service books were received by the BlackBerry smartphone or because of the theme settings.
