NEW computer for first

Hello everyone!

I want to buy a new PC to work better with first

I have little material in my current PC I think I can keep to the new:

16 GB (4 X 4) DDR3 669 MHZ (7-7-7-16)

1 TB WD drive

500 GB samsung drive

CPU Cooler, cooler master hyper 212

Antec 300 case

Seasonic 520 watts power

all the devices quiqment

and a copy of windows and the first.

I can afford 500-600 $

Thank you!

If you need to keep your old pc parts, you could spend mdb/cpu and video card. a motherboard W97 LGA 1150, i7-4790 and gtx 950 must match your budget. Z97 cards mothers wil support other features like overclocking, but for overclock requires better food and unlocked i7 - 4790K. LGA 1150 motherboards use ddr3, but you can always check the motherboard for compatibility against your ddr3 ram memory. they often have a memory QVL on mfg website.

If you can sell your computer for a good price, then you can consider the construction of a new computer with the latest technology (like ddr4 ram) and best parts (such as watts higher power). from fees for a better computer than the i7-4790 option above, will start at about $1200 +.

Hello, I would like to take advantage of the promotions on Adobe Photoshop for a single user (valid until tomorrow), but I have two questions.  First of all, I intend to buy a new computer for a month and for the moment, I don't know if it will be a pc or a mac. Do I have to decide at the time of the purchase, what system I'll use?  Secondly, I also have a plan for about a month to open an individual company. If I buy the program as a person, could I then use it as a business?

Creative cloud is cross-platform. Licensing is not serious. By definition, an "enterprise" might as well be a single person. It is totally irrelevant, as long as you purchase a full license appropriate regardless of any promotion.

  • New installation of Windows 7 Ultimate, computer loops and again: "the installation program prepares your computer for first use.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate on my Toshiba Tecra A4-S211 and provided that the installation went, it seemed that took place without incident; except that when I try to start windows I see: "Starting windows" followed by "Setup prepares your computer for first use" that is displayed for about 3-5 seconds and then it restarts and displays abruptly: "cannot start Windows. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. "I tried the safe mode, but also"last known good configuration"and I get the same results. Finally, I tried the repair function on the installation disc and says am Startup Repair is unable to repair the computer automatically, where then I click to send information to Microsoft to be told that if I had all the devices attached like a camera or portable music player to remove them and restart. I have nothing set, no flash player or anything.
I tried to do all the steps above a dozen times each, and the results are consistent, except that the start of repair is sometimes said that there is nothing wrong with windows. Here also to point out that I had XP running on it before without problem and I tested the DVD on another computer and it worked.

    Hi Austin,.

You can try some of them in Mode safe - tap F8 repeatedly that you start.

If you do not have a Windows 7 disc, you can borrow a friends because they are not a copy
protected. The manufacturer of your system will also sell the physical DVD cheap since you already
Clean Windows. You can also do an ERD on another computer.

Try the Startup Repair - (if at anytime, benefit you from some, but not full access coming to Windows
return and then try to startup repair.)

  • "Setup is preparing your computer for first use" loop problem

Hello, I was hoping you guys could help out me with a big problem, I ran across when trying to install Windows 7 on a desktop computer new, custom - build. I managed to successfully install my Windows 7 64-bit, it appeared, but when I try to run it, that I will meet a black screen that says "Setup is preparing your computer for first use" and it will stay there forever, I would say. I let it run all night and didn't go anywhere.

I tried to start in safe mode, and Windows was loading files sys32, he got to "Classpnp.sys" and it froze. After a few minutes, the screen is blacked out, and I got fired the familiar screen "Setup is preparing your computer for first use.

I bought the copy of Windows 7 nine FRY, there will be no problem with that. My HD is a (new) 240 GB PNY Optima SSD, my mobo is a (new) Z97X-SLI Gigabyte, and I have 16 GB of RAM. All these things have been recognized by my BIOS, it seems that everything is properly connected.

I tried to install Windows 7 on a second time and exactly the same thing happened. I also tried to repair the installation to start upward, but he finds no problems. Also a check of the memory and the disk has verified without any problem. The only things I plugged are my monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this screen loop "first use"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: If you are Overclocking or use an automatic overclocking or BIOS power saving features, start by disabling: Intel EIST, Turbo Mode, Cool and pretty and fall back to the speed of stock as a starting point.

Disconnect any other (additional) internal hard drives and external USB devices.

Look for any loose hard drive power or cables SATA, graphics card or other power cables.

    First run Memtest86 +:

It runs from a floppy disk or CD and should eliminate or confirm if one or more of your memory

Let it run for as long as you can: 2,4,6,8 or several hours (at least 3 full passes), if no errors at that time then your ram is OK.

  • Buy new activation for first 13 items code?

I have the first 13 (bought on Amazon 1-2 years) elements. I have the box it came, and it is installed on my computer. It seems that I need another activation code because we have maximum number of computers, on which it may be. First of all, how computers can be on? Secondly, how can I simply buy another activation code? Still once, I don't need the software, just another code to get this to work on my new PC.

    • Serial numbers (what you call activation codes) are necessary to enable the software to use.
    • You can install the software on as many computers you like, but you can enable it only for use on up to two computers at the same time, and you cannot use a version on both
    • You can install it on your new PC, but you can not activate it with your existing serial number until that deactivate you it on one of your other computers
    • Adobe sells only the current version of their software. Premiere Elements is currently in version 14. Thus, you can not buy a serial number for version 13 of Adobe. However it is perhaps not necessary if all you need to do is toggle between computers activations.
  • I need to take Windows7 64 bit that came on my new computer, for Windows7 32 Bit

I bought a new HP desktop computer that came with Windows7 64 bit. My software will not work with 64 bit. I need
    Windows7 32 bit. Help?

Contact HP support. If you format the HARD drive and do a clean install of Win7 (x 86) on your own:

    1. you will not have very specific HP drivers, which depends on the laptop; and

    2. you will invalidate your warranty and Service contract has been purchased.

The foregoing, I think you (or the one who tells you the application "will not work" under Windows 64-bit) are wrong. If it "works" in Win7 (x 86), it should work just as well in Win7 64-bit.

However, you may need to 'usurp' IE7 User Agent strings so that the line (I guess) application "think" you're not under IE8. See http://www.enhanceie.com/ua.aspx or http://www.enhanceie.com/ietoys/uapick.asp

Tip: Use 32 bit IE8 (IE7 User Agent spoofing channels), not IE8 64 bit, to access the online application.

  • I need a new computer for my flight training, which I use Micrsoft flight simulators, the most ancient and new.

I learned that my current Microsoft flight simulators will not work. The oldest use Windows 98, and then Windows 7 and the FSX is on Windows XP. My old computer wouldn't half of them as I didn't have enough to run. I find that the new computers will not run these Sims. What am I looking for, wise computer which runs to them because that's all that I need the computer as well as the series Combat Flight Simulator. I'm looking at HP and Dell. But you need to know if they are compatible with the games. Thanks, Jerod

Most new PC with a CPU series i will work, even with the embedded video. However, a discrete video card will help a lot with FSX, especially if you use an add ons or landscapes updates (which can make a much better Flight Simulator!).

For Combat Flight Simulator, you may need to run in compatibility mode so that it can work.
