  First of all, please clarify what you mean when you say
  "Photo Gallery"...

  I'm guessing that you just want to save your picture
  collection?

  More than probably all your photos are saved in your
  Image folder.

  One thing to consider is if your USB stick memory
  has sufficient capacity for the collection complete archives.

  Click left of your Start button and do a right click on images
  shortcut in the menu... choose / Properties... the
  screen should display the size of the file in the folder.

  OK... How to copy images to the USB folder

  (1) Insert the Memory Stick into a USB port.

  (2) go to... Start / computer... the memory stick should
  be recognized with a drive letter...

  For example...   Removable (e :)) drive

  (3) once you know the correct drive... letter back

  You don't have to buy a new license for the software you have already purchased.  You don't want to transfer, Adobe programs must be installed by using installation files.  Just install and activate it using the serial number of the initial installation.

  You are allowed to have a facility enabled on both machines, so if you want, you can keep the old installation on the new one as well.  This way you have a backup if you need it.

  If you want you can disable the old installation by opening the program and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

  Only purchased music from iTunes could be transferred to your iPhone.

  How to transfer music on your new computer is to use the backup from your old computer.  The iPhone is not a backup device for the music on your computer.
