  • I bought an album but it isn't in my bought recently and is not where in my library

I bought Insaneintherainmusic Undertale parody album "Live at Grillby." In my library, it was the day I bought it, and now it is nowhere, not even in my recently purchased. I tried to contact iTunes support, but it requires an order number, which, for some reason I didn't. To make things worse, the money used to buy the album on my balance is still missing. So, I bought the album, listened and now his party without a trace, literally. Someone please help.

Then GoTo iTunes store > check for available in the menu downloads, or select the purchase link under quick links on the right hand side of the iTunes store home page and see if they show for re - download here.

I was cleaning up an older iMac to go to the Boys and Girls Club... I've erased the hard drive and reinstalled the new operating system (Yosemite) but failed disable my network share so coordinate is come... as I tried to erase the 'contacts' computer wiped, I apparently removed the info from other computers... I think that the coordinates are stored in the cloud, that's what I removed...

  • New album of love at first sight, how, or that I even say Lightroom where is the library?

I have learned, over time, be very Ume with Lightroom and now is no exception...

I copied all my files, the complete library of photos, more than one new hard drive Thunderbolt. I then deleted and renamed the old firewire drive and now use it for a backup. :

My question is: when I open Lightroom it acted as if to nothing was and all the pictures are showing. What is Lightroom? It uses the old drive, which is now a backup even if I renamed it? or is 5 Lightroom so smart that he sees the new hit of lightning and the library record and just decided on its own that 'this' is what happens to use?

I don't know what is happening, but since this is day 1 I want to be sure Lightroom uses the correct library, not the backup.

Someone can help me to determine that things are in place and working as it should?

    TIA,

    Ken

I don't know what the "folder tree" in Lightroom, but here is a screenshot of my Lightroom 5 in library mode.

As you can see, it shows the photos under the column on the left, but not as a "master file" which is how my images are saved. Right click on which does not give me an option to update anything.

I didn't click on the hidden on (missing) New LaCie 2 TB and click right and choose 'New place' and made a huge mess now because it shows all the photos into a blob and not carefully stored in a structure by year and date. All that is now gone. I have to stop working until I get this resolved.

  • I give up. Where is the library?

I created a library, but now I can not find. There is no library in the title of the window, etc..  How to access it?

You work with a library roughly the same way that you would with a document file ID with respect to open or save it. He has a name and a location that you specify when you save it. You access it via the menu file, bridge, Finder of Explorer in the same way that you access an .indd file. Like a .indb file (book), it will be opened as a Panel.

  • Got a new iMac, cannot open my library

Hey there, my old iMac 2011 crashed (Yosemite running), and I was back up with a Time Capsule. Bought an iMac brand and transfer all the files. Everything is there, except the Photos. When I try to open it, I get this error message repeatedly:

This happens even when I hold down the 'Option' at the opening of the Photos and then click "Choose Library". I was on the phone with Apple Care for hours yesterday... no progress... I restored the photo library of the 2 previous backups on my Time Capsule and still have the same question.

I also get this message when I simply click on 'Photos' to open:

I kept a copy of the photo library in there, so I would have two choice... but when I followed the instructions here, I can't choose 'Preferences' to define whatever it is by the photo library of the system.

The library is about 17 GB. It seems that the library is corrupt, but it won't let me 'Fix' when I hold down the Option/command.

ANY ideas would be helpful! Thanks in advance, Carol

  • Corrupt Library.photoslibrary photos

I just migrated a Macbook Air to a new Macbook (the one that is light. Years to come).

IPhoto has started, and he told me this file need to be repaired.  I have run several times and whenever it is said, is working on it for a while and the % increase.  The end result is that it cannot open the file after the "repair" is complete (which stops at 95%).

How dio to retrieve all my photos.  They seem to all be present in the form of files, but...

(The product below (Macbook Air) is what I migrated from for the new Macbook)

  • Problems with iTunes library shared between 2 computers

I have a rather unique situation where I have a single iTunes library that is shared by both computers. It has worked well for years, until lately. Here is my configuration:

    • Mac iMac server software. All my music is on a USB drive 3 TB (named 'music'), attached to the mac. Its static IP address is 192.168.1.15.
    • MacBook Air. This computer connects to the iMac on the LAN, where the iTunes library lives, as well as all the music.

Each computer is running OS X 10.11.2. All I have to do is to make sure that iTunes is left on a mac, before I start it on the other.

The problem that happens lately, is that on the iMac, for some songs (not all), when I try to play them, he tries to access it through the network on its own IP address, which gives an error that it cannot connect to the server at 192.168.1.15. It's like the iTunes on the iMac it'S the iTunes on the Macbook Air, if it tries to access music on the network, on himself.

iTunes works fine on the Macbook Air, but I noticed sometimes when I play iTunes, it mounts a second instance of hard drive of the music, because I see in a finder window that it is connected to the iMac and also connected to 192.168.1.15 (IP address of the iMac).

I opened the iTunes library XML file and noticed that there are a bunch of songs which the path is "/ volumes/music-1/musicfolder/songname.mp3", but most were "/ volumes/music/musicfolder/songname.mp3". So I did a search and replace for 'music-1' to change it to just "music". This does not seem to make any difference with the problem, and when I have opened the XML file, I saw that iTunes had sprinkled in a lot of instances 'music-1' again.

    So my question is:

How to return to the iMac looking for its music files locally, instead of through the LAN, on its own IP address? If the path in the XML file is "/ volumes/music/musicfolder/songname.mp3", which then determines whether iTunes search for this path locally or via the LAN? Is this info in the iTunes library. ITL file?

    Help! Thank you.

iTunes creates the .xml for other applications to use. The .xml content 90% reflect the content of the .itl. iTunes uses only the .itl.  If you want the .itl update changes in the .xml, you need to delete (or remove) the .itl, then launch iTunes. It will start with an empty library, and then you import the .xml. Note This will deliver the game counts to zero, delete all the logs and reset the date of addition to our days.  By doing what you have just used iTunes the .itl as usual and has replaced the .xml as it usually does, with the same credentials as before.

I don't know the cause of the problem or the real nature of it.  It can be by using the server software is at the origin of this.  iTunes is not really set up for connections to the server of fancy, simple old external hard drives.  Usually when I see this kind of question on the forum it is because someone uses a library on a NAS.

  • Library cannot find my titles

I thought I had my iTunes library pointed to the correct location of his library, but apparently I'm not.  I had tried to add tracks aback of my Ipod Nano at the library of the PC, but in some way I was mistaken. I now have the library showing a much more accurate number of tracks, but when I click on any of them, all that happens, is that it is said that he can not find the track & asked if I would try to locate him.  I suspect that if he finds the first track, he should be able to find everything.  Is this not the case.  I have the opportunity to consolidate the lit library.

All tracks are from my own collection of old & CD & saving as MP3 files.  I use 10 64-bit Windows.

Just what is the correct name of the library?  I only have programs on my SSD 'C' drive & documents, music, photos, videos on a ' drive.

Where in the library should I have these data to, please be peaceful?

This is just a follow-up to the top.  I think that the tracks may have been stuck in the "Automatically add to iTunes" folder  If it's not where to put the tracks?
