New computer - software transfer

I have a wonderful, new, more fast computer running on Windows 2007. How can I transfer my XP Adobe and CS3 to my new computer?

Disabling this feature from your old computer and then reinstall it on the new and activate it. Use the software provided on the CD or the backup CD you did when you downloaded (backup, you cannot be in a lot of trouble in this case).
