My subscription to the cloud was missing, but I'm still able to transfer the software to a new computer?

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to benefits free creative cloud, and if you have saved your work on your computer, you will continue to have access to these files on your own device. You will no longer have access to creative cloud desktop applications or most of the services which are components of a creative cloud membership and your authorized cloud storage will be reduced to 2 GB.

When you subscribe:

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
