  You will need the original installation provided with computer discs.

  Clean Install of Snow Leopard

  you will use a new installation of Mac OS X.  You can now begin the process of updating

  at the opening of updated software and installing all recommend updates to bring your

  current installation.

  Yes, you can download the trial version and install using your serial number.  You can even install in trial mode and then choose the license this software option to enter the serial number of your software, once you receive it.

  No, you just install cs5.  you will be prompted for the serial numbers of your cs4 and cs5 upgrade.

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow the steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.

    Hi all

    I have a problem of company Adobe Creative Design Suite 5 Premium retail which has been then upgraded online to Suite 6.

    I have the serial numbers but wonder where to start especially since I have no internet access on the one I put in place.

    This machine has Adobe Creative Design Suite 6 Standard for which I have the disc and serial number, but the spare machine I put in place for a new employee and I'm in trouble.

    Can I just download 6 Premium Suite and enter the serial number for this upgrade or should I use 5 (for which I have the disk) and then upgrade later for download and if so, how?

    @careyonadobe, to add to the answer of Thomas, another thing, you can try to do is do not use the list "Preset" editors pick "Photoshop". Instead, click on '+' sign on my screenshot below, browse to the location of Photoshop, select the .exe or .app for Photoshop file in your hard drive. See if it helps.
