Dimensions is a Configuration tool management - version control. If you have no Dimensions, you don't need the SQL Developer plugin.

I am reorganizing lots of photos in Lightroom 5. Some who were on my hard drive, I moved to an external drive. I did all this in Lightroom. I created a new folder on the hard drive, external, selected all the images in the folder on the hard disk, trained to the new folder. Made sure they were there. Then deleted the folder on the hard drive. When I looked in Windows Explorer, the (empty) folder was still on the hard drive, so I deleted it there too. Now, I get the warning on the images in the new folder metadata were changed in Lightroom and an external program. The options are to import from disk or rewrite from the catalog. I would like to know what caused this and how to fix it.

The warning of "metadata conflicts" is an indication that Lightroom "sees" a discrepancy between the data in its catalog and the data in the image file (or in the xmp file) on the real situation which could be due to permissions at the new location.
You should choose the option to replace the parameters, that is, rewrite in the Lightroom Catalog can write changes to metadata of the catalog itself.
(Import of the disc would cancel the metadata changes that you did until now)

When I open a link that opens a new Firefox window, it opens 2 tabs instead of one. A tab is the link that I opened and the second tab is just a generic Mozilla tab with links to 12 pages like Facebook, Youtube, etc. This tab opens on top too, so I always have to close to get what I'm looking for. Hello. Thanks for all the posts on this topic. I have the same problem, as described by the op. But, while I use Avast, I have NOT the add-on from Astromenda which has been mentioned. However, I have the SB installed toolbar, and it has been recently updated, 29/12. I suspect that it is the culprit, if this problem is in fact not caused by an update of Firefox (my tiles have recently been reset on new tabs, and I suspect that Firefox for this problem).
I am ready to remove the toolbar from the SB, but prefer to keep it (Yes, I admit I'm stupid) If this annoying 'new window = 2 tabs with 'new tab' at the top' would just leave.
Apart from the removal of the toolbar SB... does anyone have suggestions? I don't see that all recently added add-ons/extensions that I don't recognize, apart from the update of the toolbar of SB.
Updated: 5 minutes after this announcement, I disabled the toolbar of SB and restarted Firefox. No change.

new downloads cause a continuous scroll effect. currently have 12.0 and doesn't have this problem. have a brain injury and cannot have this fast scrolling
each time new updates are coming they seem to cause scrolling the page.
I need a mobile page where I'm in control of how it moves.
I'm afraid that if I don't keep current updates that computer security will be compromised.

Is it in a browser window or in the Download Manager window or another?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

I have a MBP of 2009 end. I updated the material to 8 GB of ram with an SSD of 240gig. I want to run the new OSX, but is not on the list approved for the update. Anyone know why?
It is a decision that was made by Apple. El Capitan is the newest OSX that will support a 2009 MBP.
This is not uncommon. My 2006 MBP came with Tiger, but is limited to OSX Snow Leopard.
Old hardware ends up by becoming obsolete with newer technology.

Feed validators are complaining that this line contains a prefix of "independent". I think it's probably because in the second line, "rss.xlmns" it does not mention "atom", only "itunes" - the URL in this line indicates the feed reader RSS how to interpret the tags for this application. Without link for 'atom', the tag is meaningless to readers, and it is marked as an XML error, which is enough to cause the feed unreadable. Unless your screen was repaired by Apple or an Apple authorized repair center, it will not work properly again. The ID of touch will not work. At this point, so you should not try to update of iOS, as this will brick your phone.

Brand new Aspire E11 (E3-111) brick by the BIOS utility official Acer - what now?
Yesterday, I bought a new netbook for my girlfriend. I decided to make sure that the netbook is using the latest BIOS and latest drivers. So I downloaded the BIOS utility official support page (http://www.acer.cz/ac/en/US/content/drivers/5329;-;) Aspire 20E3-111%), extract BIOS_Acer_1.05_A_A.zip and launched BIOS_Acer_1.05_Windows\ZHJ_105.exe.
The utility began to update the bios without asking (!), the system has been rebooted and I also saw a progressbar finishing 100%. Then I waited... nothing (battery was full and connected to the AC). Now, the netbook is dead. Power button does nothing.
Is there something I can do before I go back?
My broken netbook has been replaced by a new. You can be sure that I won't try updating the BIOS again ;-).
