    Method 1.

    My iPhone more than 6 is running iOS 9.2 where after awhile, it seems not longer connect to my Bluetooth devices. Now I have a new helmet and it won't even find them to connect.

    Replace the BlueTooth devices in pairing mode and they should reconnect.

    I have the 6570b s. I run Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

    When I play using the headphone jack audio, the audio sound horribly distorted. It is not my headphones as my headset works fine on other devices.

    I tried updates driver on the internet, but my audio driver is the latest driver.

    I also ran updates with HP support assistant, and I'm updating.

    According to the HP support assistant my audio and sound devices are:

    Problem is the Jack HP used in this book. You use the headphones without microphone pin Jack.

    -What is the brand and model of the computer and which audio driver is installed on the computer?

    Please check audio driver / software from Control Panel and see if there are settings to disable the detection of jack.

    Regarding the sound being strong, try to disable all improvements and check if it helps.

    -Right click on the sound icon, and then select the playback device.

    -Right click on the USB headset, and click Properties.

    -Select the highlighting tab and place a check on disable all improvements.

    -Press ok and restart the computer and check.

    If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers and check.

    -Open Device Manager.

    -Browse sound, video and game controllers, right click on the Audio driver (Please take note of it) and click on uninstall.

    -Restart the computer. Windows will automatically try to install the drivers. If this isn't the case, visit the computer manufacturer and download/install the latest audio drivers.

  • IPod Shuffle Gen 2 will not load.

    I pod shuffle 2 generation does not load. Light does not illuminate. May be time for a new or repaired.

    You use the USB cable supplied with the shuffle.  For a 2nd gen shuffle, this cable is long with a cradle for the shuffle.  A cable for 3rd/4th gen shuffle does not work with 2nd gen shuffle (connector is different).

    If you use the right cable, but the random reading light lights at all, the cable may be defective.  There is cable of third party replacements.  If you want to try another cable, make sure it is described as being 2nd generation Shuffle (not 3rd/4th generation).  For example, some are not actually cables

    It is also possible that the shuffle is defective.  I think that the shuffle would always turn on when connected to power, if the problem is with the battery.  So it is something else, like a worn or damaged headphone jack.  Or bad logic board.

    Whatever you do, don't forget that a 4th gen new shuffle with a new helmet, docking cable, and the guarantee of one year is $ 49 retail.

  • Headset will not work.

    Whenever I try to use the microphone in the headphones, I bought recently, it captures any audio. Devices-record thimg Manager brand (microphone in front (black), as it is unplugged, even if it isn't very clear. I have and use, a Dispatcher at with the micro Plug and taking real headphones plugged into the audio jack (only) on my computer, and that same USB cable plugged. It does not do anything but make light; but it is plugged because makes me feel like, I tried some stuff even more. I have tried rebooting my computer, uninstall and reinstall all drivers related to the sound and really every suggestion pages the first 3 Googling the problem has been raised, including using the troubleshooting of the recording devices to the contorl Panel, which also says that the problem is that it is not plugged.     I think you use a head phone that has two wires. One for Audio and one for the microphone.

    With this computer, make sure that the power cable of the unit has a connector 4 pin that supports audio output (headphone) and audio (microphone). So, there should be 3 black rings.

    The new helmet has a cable for both but still the 3 black rings.

    Just got a new helmet and the microphone does not work. I tried other places and it works but when I call my friends, they cannot hear me! What I am doing wrong? (or not do)?

    Not sure that will fix things, but try to select your new mic in Audio/video in Skype preferences and sound preferences of the Mac system.

    Whenever I have start or receive a call (can't do) my computer crashes. And believe me, that you have not been controlled until anyone shaking friends can plant you with a phone call. The graphics card to help im is an AMD Radeon HD 7700.
