  You have about the New - VM cmdlet parameters that are unique to different parametersets. You cannot combine unique parameters of different parametersets.

  

  I f you look at the New - VM cmdlet, you will notice that there are 4 available parametersets.

  In your case, by selecting the parameter of the model, you fall in the 2nd set.

  In the red rectangle, you see the other settings, you can select.

  In your case, the parameters ResourcePool, NumCpu and MemoryMB cause the conflict.

  If you want to change the distribution of CPU and memory of the model, you will need to do after the virtual machine has been created with the Set-VM cmdlet.

  Similarly, you can use the Move-VM to change the ResourcePool, after the virtual machine has been created.

  You are on the first version of 9. This bug has been fixed very quickly (in September or October, 2015).   I'm trying to implement the AIA error handling and reading that AIA provides xpath functions to retrieve the error code messages and corrective action messages. the documentation says that you must use the oracle.apps.aia.core.eh.i18n.EHCorrectiveActionRB listresourcebundle class to do this.

  Yes, they exist oob with FP. In 10g, it will be under system/classes/bpel file.

• Background and Logo parameters passed to the Client 1.4 display to see 5 for Linux

  With the view client 4.6, I could use a custom background and a graphic logo used by the customer in passant--background=/writable/misc/background.jpg--logo=/writable/misc/logo.jpg to the customer at the launch of the session. This doesn't seem to work with the new client by using the same command line and graphic files.

  For the background jpg dimensions are 1280 x 1024 and the logo jpg 482 x 62.

  Not sure if this is important, but I'm running on a HP t5746 HPs ThinPro 4 (Ubuntu-based) running.

  Did someone another sucsessfully defining a custom for the client to use a background graphic and logo?

  If so, can you give some details? I think it's the file type or dimensions of the graphics or maybe these options have been excluded from the new version, even if passing - helps the customer always shows them.

  I spoke with core developers for the Linux client and he confirmed that the options have been postponed but not implemented.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  I will consider whether we should remove the options for our next release or implement the functionality.

  I see you have fixed this now, but I was about to tell you that you could have accommodated in the 'Bad' by its shortcut "I" tool.

  (5) apply recommended patches 11.2.0.2.2 Oracle (12311357) and 12431716. (Ref. MOS doc [756671.1 ID])
  (6) create the RAC (advanced option) with DBCA database
  
  With these steps:
  Grid and ASM disks would be configured without the recommended patches, but the database will be created with applied patches.
  
  I would not do a "Software only" install IM and then apply the patches because later I would have to manually do all the configuration steps.
  
  If I use the Option of YES software updates to apply patches, YES makes the adjustment, and then I would set up the GRID with YES?

• Passing of the catalogues of XP Pro to Win 7 on a new pc

  Here's what I want to do. [I apologize for all the details that follow, but I'm trying to be careful with this].

  I want to spend my catalog PSE 8 and all my photos from my old to my new pc.  The old pc has XP Pro, the new uses Windows 7. PSE 8 is on the two machines.

  Here's what I did.  Using the tool transfer s/w I moved all my files from one pc to the other Documents.  This includes the folder my pictures, so now all of my photos (about 28 000), and some videos are on the new pc.  I installed PSE 8 on the new pc with the original disc.  It seems to work very well.  I copied the files from the catalogue on the old pc on a USB key and installed on the new pc.  That has failed to restore me the catalog, however.  Now, I realize that I should have used the backup catalog command to back up the existing catalogs on my old pc and offers only.  I did a backup on an external hard drive.

  Before moving the hard drive on my new pc and click Restore Catalog, I thought I'd ask: should I delete the pictures that I have already transferred to the file of photos on my new pc? When I use the function Restore Catalog on the new computer, does also transfer all my photos?  I can't seem to find a clear statement of that anywhere.  If so, then it seems obvious that I have to remove all the photos recently moved until I make the routine restoration catalog on my new pc. Otherwise I would be left with two of everything.

  After installing one of these extensions, you must use the Options page to set the new desired tab page (instead of use subject: config).

  Open the page modules using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a (Mac: Cmd + shift + a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then on the side right, find the new tab replace or custom new tab and click on the Options button. (See first screenshot attached).

  Depending on the size of your screen, you may need to scroll down to enter the address in the form. (See second screenshot attached). For example:

  • (Default) page thumbnails = > subject: newtab
  • Blank tab = > subject: empty
  • Built-in Firefox homepage = > topic: welcome
  • Any other page = > full URL of the page

  Then tab or click this form field and you can test using Ctrl + t.

  Custom new tab

  It is easy to enter your favourite homepage address. If you check either of the boxes, the expansion will set the focus in the page as well, for example, the cursor will be in the Google search box. (See third screenshot attached). I had to leave Firefox and start it up again before new custom tab started working, but this may have been due to tests so many extensions back to back.
