New procedures to import re - generate image files is not allowing us to rename the files.
Hey guys suggestions to solve the following problem?
A recurring problem with RoboHelp since always our names project being too long to migrate. We can manually reduce the size of the folder names and the names of theme files, however, with the new import procedures, RoboHelp generates separate image files in the theme files and we cannot rename these files. This cancels the efforts to reduce the filenames of the subjects. When attempting to rename files, RoboHelp recreates the original folder and the image no longer appears in the project manager pod or in the published HTML files.
Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.

OK, so I just wanted to make you understand that what you see inside RoboHelp's nothing RoboHelp done to change anything. Now let's talk about this document. One thing I would say (and my good friend Peter suggested) are that you rename this document before importing in RoboHelp. Short filenames will lead to short paths (and fewer questions possible) once we enter the world of RoboHelp.
When you work with something like RoboHelp, you have all kinds of different files involved that help track your project. I noticed that your Word document using a comma in the name of the file. I strongly suggest to avoid any character other than 0-9, a - z, A - Z, underscore (_) line. Any character other than those who must be considered to be 'special' and will only cause you pain at some point.
So as you have seen, when Word creates HTML, it also creates for these files. RoboHelp strives to have your back and prevent you from shoot you yourself in the foot. I noticed that when I tested it by saving as HTML, that more than simple images were placed in the Word folder created. RoboHelp probably prevents you from changing the name of the folder because of other files inside. In General, RoboHelp allows you to name your images as you wish and store anywhere you like. But this content is a bit special, because it comes from the word.
One way to work beyond this would be to save your images separately from the word, appointing appropriately, and then import a Word document without the image. Then add the images later. In this way you should not end up with unwanted files and images may be stored where you want.

What type of video file you are trying to add? If you can't get to display video in http://www.youtube.com, that means flash player is installed and works very well.

New to Lightroom, import of raw CR2 files problem.
I am new to Lightroom and can't import my raw CR2 photo files. In the section "import", I select my SD card that contains the raw image files. All the map .jpeg files appear as thumbnails, but the CR2 files show "extract not available for this file. I select one of the thumbnails CR2 anyway, select a folder on my external hard drive and click on "import". A window pops up that says: "this file is not recognized by the format of raw support in Lightroom." I use Lightroom 4.4 and works with a Windows Vista operating system (on a laptop old, junky). My camera is a Canon 70 d and am shooting in RAW + JPEG. I also downloaded the Adobe software. DNG Converter 6.3 to try to convert the files before importing them into Lightroom and it is also not recognizing and import my CR2 files. Don't know what to do at this point. Any suggestions?
I would recommend download DNG Converter 8.2 which is compatible with Vista.
The latest version 8.6 requires W7 and W8

Lightroom CC does not allow me to enter the new name of profile for export to ColorChecker
I have the latest version of the Lightroom CC running on Windows 8.1. I bought a passport from X - Rite ColorChecker (CH) today and installed the software that came with it. With the help of my Nikon D7100, I took a gross picture of me holding the CH in my hand and then imported it (.) NEF file) in my LR library (selected the copy option in the import window). Then, I went to the region to develop for the same imported photo. Subsequently, I clicked on the file menu-> export-> ColorChecker Passport now to create a new profile. The LR never gave me a chance to enter a profile name, in other words, it never displays the popup dialog window enter the name of the DNG profile. However, it has created a new custom profile named 'profile '. I can see it on the camera Calibration tab. I tried to redo the same process, and he said you want to substitute the present 'profile'.
How can I get the popup dialog enter the name of the upcoming DNG profile?
X Rite has not updated the Lightroom Plugin for 2011, and it seems that some users have problems with Windows 8, 8.1 and 10. The link below is what I proposed to a single user. The poster did not, so I don't know if it was ever resolved. It works very well on my system Windows 7 using LR 2015.1.1 is most likely a problem of Windows compatibility.

I managed to import messages from Opera Mail. Initially, the sent mailbox did not show in Thunderbird. A fast-moving and new installation solved that, but Thunderbird does not save sent messages to the sent box, where imported Opera Mail messages are stored. Whenever I try to pick my file association for .tif file to open with windows Player 7 will allow me to open the file once, but do not allow me to set it as the permanent, even if program brava reader is defined as the ongoing .tiff files of brava? Everyone is not how to solve this problem?

I advise you to only consult with the support of Brava, because I've never used their player. I'm just relaying information on their Web site.
Sometimes a program install and work but not all of the components work correctly, if it's not compatible.

I have a problem when creating a new program that has a weekly reference period. Currently I have age on a two-week program that must be moved in the weekly program. (NOT ALL EAS IS MOVED). I'll be the error of:
"You cannot register a person in a plan that includes more than one rate of activity with the same element and the input value. Flat rates ADD - provider - ER and ADD - provider - ER - weekly uses the same element and input value and are attached to the subject of compensation. You must change your configuration so that these rates of activity do not use the same element, the input value and purpose of compensation or register the person in a plan that does not include participation rates with the same element, the input value and object of compensation. Standard rates use the same element and input value, but the object of compensation called a different program and is not the same combination. (EITHER 1. Weekly program-ADD-Service Provider-ER 2. Benefits of the program - service provider of ADD - ER). I need assistance or advice to fix this problem. I'm trying to enroll individuals in the current program so that it will not draw the same entry element but without success. I tried to register for a 'new' employee so that has not already been registered in any program and still receive the same error. Any suggestions?Hello
Either way, I got the same error today and here is what happened in my case: in some sort eligibility has failed and the life event gave eligibility for both options using the same rate. This is why the error message.
The error message is misleading and makes you look to the configuration of the rate.
However, the central question is if employee is faulty (in my case) for the two options (Oipls in my case) including standard rates are atatched to a single item, then obviously the system think, you assign the same employee element twice.Check if it is the case with you as well.
To do this, you can do the rates involved as 'dormant' at an earlier date - run an event admin and test. Making inactive will decouple the rate to the eligibility/electability.Let me know if this helped.

OK I found the preference you have to change... its in PS / change / preferenvces / file handling / maximize PSD and PSB file compatibility. Select either ask or always and your PSD in Muse imports will work: good luck!

My temp folder is locked on read-only. I tried to disable it in safe mode and nothing seems to work. I checked for viruses using a deep scan in SafeMode cmd and nothing was found. I use Windows 7 and can't install a backup drive or update all programs.
This looks like a debug file created by Windows fax and scanning service.
