  Answer to this question is really imprtant to me. This will give me the knowledge about the drivers for this model OTF Win7. If any user of HP will have problems with finding them so I know how to solve this problem.

I clicked on that and it took me to the Adobe web page to download the app. I downloaded the application. I ran the app. It came with the same window to download the app or output. I tried to get out, but it does exactly this, outputs and nothing. I tried the download and install several times and book fair return. But installation does not actually work at all, it produces just the pop up once again to download. I tried to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud application but he wants me to first uninstall all Adobe cloud applications I have. It is a working group and the time lost for me. • My new Windows 7/64 bit computer Dell freezes after being idle for 20-30 minutes

  (a) my laptop is brand new, I bought it less than a month ago and I started experiencing this problem in the beginning, very annoying.
  (b) my laptop freezes after inactivity for 20-30 minutes, I have to remove the power cable and reconnect it to restart the computer
