• Windows XP will not move past the first page (Page in XP) when you try to start the system.

  I can get the video from You Tube, BBC, CBC and other sources, but trying to get live news or programs on Al Jazeera, I get a blank screen there are still pictures and text even you Tube Video off the site of Al Jazeera is available?  I tried to get vidoe with my smartphone Nexus 4 using the same Internet connection it works fine running CHROME?  I have reset my Adobe Adobe flash, reading and other programs after rinse, clean of my same run all the TOOLS of the Windows DIFFICULTY and goes to the HP available site for help. I also rebooted the computer after loading and cleaning programs.  I'm Vista running on a HP Telechareger and have had NO problem getting video of Al Jazeera in the past rickswan_69

  Thanks for the suggestion, it was found. But my Explorer won't let me change the check box in the box it just highlights the text in software use e instead of the line of GPU?

  What's funny about this, is that a playfulness I tried the AlJazeera America rather then Al Jazeera English and had NO problem with the videos of YouTube on this Site, but the content is not as large and as easy to use as the English view

  I also cleaned of all Adobe websites on my computer and restarted the computer, empty the trash and swept the history files built from the Internet and then reloaded the latest versions of the adobe overview

  This looks like a problem with the content provider.  As other videos work, it seems that your installation of Flash Player behaves normally.  I would recommend that you reach out for support, the content provider, or wait a day or two for them to discover and correct the situation.

  I do not speak for Microsoft. However, I saw many times when working with clients in your situation with regard to the reactivation of windows because of the failure of a component. They are not, however, responsible for providing you with a windows disc that should be provided by your computer manufacturer. However, if I were you, I would ask to borrow a disc of windows of a friend or a neighbour then contact Microsoft for activation, making sure to explain the circumstances surrounding the re-setup.

  Provided the specifications of the computer meets Windows XP you can switch from 2000 to XP. If it does not meet the specifications, you may upgrade the computer first or get a new one which is more cheaper today.

• Scanjet5370C Windows 7 Pro does not see the driver!

  I try to add the scanner Scanjet5370C of my windows XP computer to my new Windows 7 Professional. I downloaded the software from the HP site and restarted the computer. It says device has no driver. I pilot Nations United installed tried to reinstall still not see it. Anyone have an idea what is wrong here?

  Windows Update has not even the driver for this scanner.

  Sorry to inform you, the Scanjet 5370c is not supported on Windows 7:

  The driver listed on the HP site is intended for a different model (Scanjet 5590) and seems to be wrongly pposted for your scanner.

  I reported this problem to get this fixed...

  Altthough it is not officially supported, try the of VueScan 3rd party application which seems to support your scanner wthout you had to install the drivers on the computer:
