Night on iPad Mini mode

Are there applications available that can simulate night on an iPad mini mode?

If there is it would only directly work in this application, they will not have the opportunity to do it everywhere as the night shift - if it's an iPad Mini 2 + you should have on your iPad night shift (settings > display and brightness)

I've updated to the latest version of the software iOS overnight last night and now I can't access email on my iPad mini or Safari. When I go into settings, a notice is displayed under the general rubric that there is 1 available software update, but when I click on the link for the software update, it runs just endlessly. I am not able to connect to the WiFi (nothing happens when I click on the WiFi button). Did not have this kind of problem before. Thanks for any idea.

Hold the two for up to 30 seconds until you see the apple logo.

  • I bought an iPad mini4 specifically for use with a pro Phanton3 drone. It will NOT connect the remote control with the drone. They say it's a problem of software iPad mini 4 9.3.3. How can I remove and reload it.

How can I uninstall 9.3.3 an mini iPad iOS 4 and reinstall? I bought it specifically for a ghost Pro 3 drone, and it does not work with the drone. Someone had luck with uninstalling/reinstalling. At this point, I lost a LOT of money.

Apple frowns on a decline in the ratings.

While Apple allows, try downgrading to 9.3.2.

For a limited time Apple will return you to the previous version.  Do not hurry.  This period takes up to a week.

Restore factory settings by loading the latest version of the ios that will support your machine:

    (1) make a full backup of your device if necessary.  Is two times better - cloud and computer.

    https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT203977

    (2) three methods of restoration of your ipad.  [simple as abc]

2.a) "you can use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings and the latest version of iOS."

    http://support.Apple.com/kb/HT1414?viewlocale=en_US & local = en_US

2.b) be a little more insistent: "you can put your device iOS in recovery mode, then restore it via iTunes.:

    http://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT201263

3.c) as a last resort, you might consider DFU (Device Firmware Update).  This could void your warranty.

  • Apple iPad 2 Air or iPad Mini 4 in terms of longevity? Who would you do?

Hello world! I buy a new Apple iPad and my budget is $ 400 and I noticed that the iPad mini 4 and the iPad 2 air are both at $400.

Now, the iPad 2 air is stronger because there an A8X but the iPad Mini 4 has an A8, but the mini is 1 year of most recent. My question is:

When news updates, most particularly important as iOS 12, 13, (round number Updates) come out, which will undergo them longer and work on them better?

If Apple makes the iPad 2 Air do not get the updates but the iPad Mini 4 prompting, I'd rather have the mini.

Thank you very much for your answers!

    Hi jojelllybean,

I don't think we can answer that since it's only Apple who decides what devices are eligible for a new update of the OS and if so, how the update affects (for example, the night shift does not in older devices, even when they are upgraded to iOS 9.3.2).

If I had to choose between those, I'd take the iPad 2 air because I can't work with a smaller screen. Also, by having a material more powerful more likely to be able to receive upgrades in the future. In fact, iOS 9 can be installed in any device where iOS 8 is already installed, but again, this does not mean that you will see as well all the improvements (i.e.: slower system).

If you can work with the Mini size, go get him.

  • How do I restore the backup from iPad Mini if the button "restore backup...". "is grayed out?

    Hello

Yesterday, I tried to downgrade my iPad Mini 2 (128 GB) of 9.3 to 9.2 of iOS in DFU mode. Before that, I backed up my iPad in iTunes. After decommissioning, apparently all of my 3rd party apps have been wiped out, and that left me with a huge 'other' part of the use of the iPad. So I decided to reset the iPad and erase everything. I noticed that after the reset, the iOS returned to 9.2.1.

When I plugged the iPad to my computer later, and tried to restore the backup, I got the message "the backup cannot be restored for iPad because the software is too old". In addition, in the iTunes iPad summary page, the button "restore backup... "is grayed out.

I guess it's because I backed up my iPad to iOS 9.3, and now it's 9.2.1. But y at - it another way to restore backup of iTunes? Or do I have to update to 9.3 first? iOS 9.3 is currently unavailable (last week it was, however).

    Thank you!

You cannot restore a more recent iOS backup on a device that has an older iOS. You have saved when running iOS 9.3 and your device is now in 9.2.1. You must update the device until backup, you can ise. Unfortunately, as you know, the update is no longer available. Apple shoot because there were significant problems.

As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo on the screen of your iPhone iTunes. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your iPhone needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

  • iPad Mini / iOS iPhone 6 9.2.1 stuck on the logo Apple - Exchange problem?

Yesterday, my iPhone 6 and my iPad Mini randomly froze, containing just the Apple logo. I can only imagine that some sort of automatic update has happened that I was not aware of--probably iOS 9.2.1. I could not turn on the unit and hard reset did not work. I was unable to restore the device using iTunes. I took them to my local "Genius Bar" and both devices have been restored to factory default.

When I returned home, I tried to restore to the last backup via iTunes devices and restoring the iPhone does not.

I have reset the new iPad to factory default and added my email Exchange and Google accounts. I also added back Magic Puzzles and Flipboard. The iPad has worked for awhile, but sometimes at night it froze on the Apple logo and began to beep (which woke me up).

This morning, I reset the new iPad to factory default and added my Google email account. It worked without problem. I added my Exchange account and the mail application has worked for about a minute, then the iPad displays the Apple logo. I did not try this with my iPhone because I don't have the time to sit in the restaurant business, plus I need to use it as a phone.

Is there a problem with the application mail, Exchange and iOS 9.2.1? I, like many others, rely on my iPhone and it is totally useless without my Exchange account for work.

I would go to the support area of the developer, in this case > https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Outlook-for-iOS-and-Android-Help-Center - cd84214e-a5ac-4e95-9ea3-e07f78d0cde6? ui... and ask people who are familiar with using Outlook

  • 9 brick iOS update my iPad Mini

I have an iPad Mini 1st generation 64 GB WiFi model, which is stuck in a boot loop. It worked very well with iOS 8.4.1 build 12: 321. I upgraded to iOS9.2 build 13 c 75, but many of my applications were not charged despite having used iTunes with a local backup/restore my MacBookPro (mid 2010 13 "El Capitan running). I then tried to restart the device and decided to do a complete restore of the system via iTunes. While I was doing my system recovery/restore when downloading the iOS that my connection from Time Warner Cable is out for me (as it has particular fact for a lot of people in my area at this time as ISP). My iPad is now stuck in a loop of starting up with the Apple logo showing and then it restarts. I get the iTunes error 4005 and have tried all the things listed on the support page for this error, but also to take it to my local Genius Bar. I am still convinced that this error is entirely software related and because of recent changes with how Apple sign their iOS IPSW to install the OS on their devices.

Apple support, if you read this answer please with a time table for when you create a way for which authorized users can re-sign borked iOS devices and get them running again so they are not left with a brick or a $ $ "repair" which is actually a replacement $100. Also, feel free to send me an email if you want to discuss this issue separately. I understand that privacy and security are involved in it so I want to respect that you can and it will solve as needed even if it is in a public forum).

Yet once again, I assure you that this error is by no fault of mine and am fairly certain that the problem lies in the iCloud of Apple and/or Apple authentication for devices processes. I can't be the only one dealing with this issue, and I would be interested to see if others on this community have similar problems. Please post here if you do, because I think that most messages will help Apple to understand how many people need a real resolution of this issue.

Apple, this can only arise under a problem while iOS updates roll faster and the update is practically necessary. (I have an iPhone 6 and 3 both Mini iPad and I leave them on iOS 9.2 instead of iOS 9.2.1 hoping to find a solution to this particular problem). Update alerts come to me at least every day. I continue to say no, and you're getting pretty annoying. I would like to know that there is a little more stability in environments before upgrading.

Apple support do not go to see this and to provide you with anything whatsoever. I have a Mini 16 GB iPad, who owns the iOS 9.2.1. The issue that caused your boot loop isn't the iOS, but internet disruption admitted that you had. What happened when you brought the device to your Genius Bar appointment? Apple has not any changes to the way they sign their updates to iOS, what would make you think that?

To be honest, I don't expect the iPad Mini (1st generation) for more updates, but this is my opinion. While mine is a few problems with multitasking, I hope it's because the processor and the most recent iOS. There comes a point difficult to manipulate this need for the processor. If you haven't tried, you should put the device into Recovery Mode and to update. If you cannot update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

  • iPad Mini 2 disabled, stuck in an infinite circle of Hades.

    iPad Mini 2, iOS 9.0

Mac OS X 10.7.5 (latest version supported by my computer).

    MacPro 2, 1 A1186, 2 x 3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 16 GB

    iTunes 12.2.2.25

My daughter is constantly changing (if all goes well, she learned her lesson) the password on his iPad Mini 2. Needless to say that the iPad is now disabled. WiFi is disabled on the iPad, so I can't use iCloud / #find to clear the iPad.

The iPad says: "connect to iTunes".

iTunes says: "iTunes could not connect to the iPad 'IPad of the Samis' because it is locked with a password." You must enter your access code on the iPad before it can be used with iTunes. »

So they themselves reference each other. The first time I plugged the iPad to the computer he did a backup and synchronization, as well as download the latest update (iOS 9.1) for the iPad, but neither would allow me to unlock the iPad, and now I get the errors above with no sync/backup.

I put the iPad in recovery mode and iTunes asks me if I want to update and restore, when I say yes it gives the following error: "iPad"iPad"could not be updated. This device is not eligible for the requested build. »

Any help? Yet once again, the DFU mode AND recovery do not work, WiFi is off so find iPhone does not work.

    Thank you!

Have you tried: If you see error 3194, error 17, or "this device is not eligible for the requested build" in iTunes - Apple Support ?

    Hi RubyBlu,

I see you're posting here because your iPad mini Apple Support communities is having problems to connect to your home Wi - Fi network. You talked about since someone at the Apple Store that you said to try to restore your device using iTunes, but you can't not to disable find my iPad to be able to do. I know it's important to be able to connect to the Wi - Fi at home, and I'm happy to help with this.

As a first step, I recommend take a look on this website and perform these steps in the order, if you have not tried them already:

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi - Fi - Apple Support network

If you are still looking to restore your device to factory settings, I'd recommend double-checking to make sure that you have a current backup of first. This is a resource for that if you need a refresher on how to create a back up:
The backup of your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch - Apple Support

Before you can restore your iPad, you need to follow the instructions here to disable find it my function for your iPad:

Delete a Mac or iOS device on which you can not disable Find My iPhone

If you can't disable find my iPhone on the device, turn off the unit so it will Disconnect, then remove of Find My iPhone on iCloud.com.

Note: You can also delete your iOS device by clearing the first - just follow the instructions below to remove an iOS device, you do not have. You can later restore the device of an iCloud or iTunes backup.

    1. Turn off the device you want to remove.

    2. Go to find my iPhone on iCloud.com.

If you don't find my iPhone on iCloud.com, your account has fair access to the web features only iCloud. To access find my iPhone and other iCloud features, set up on your device iOS or Mac iCloud.

    3. Click on all devices, select the device offline, then click on delete account.

If you don't see a delete account, click again on all devices, and then click the Delete button next to the device.

If the device comes online again, it reappears in find my iPhone. If your device again, turn off find my iPhone on the device (follow the instructions above to remove a device by disabling Find My iPhone), or if it is an iOS device and you no longer, follow the instructions below to remove an iOS device, you no longer have.

iCloud: remove your device, Find My iPhone

When you have selected "Delete account", you should be able to restore the device normally using iTunes.

    Take care!
