  In response to your email in the morning... I was able to do what you suggested: make a right click on the photo, make a copy and then paste it on desktop. SPIKE came as a page with the corner turned down icon. I clicked on the icon and was able to display the image that I had copied.

  My wife doesn't have a file of my images. We both use the same computer and the necessary files, although more in games. She's just a hotmail in addition to our regular Outlook Express e-mail account address.

  When the problem started, I did a search for lost images .jpg, thinking they can have wound up in another folder. Each time, research has indicated that the images were in the folder that I thought that I put them. Yet whenever I went to this folder, there are no photos.

• I haven't used my photosmart A526 for about 6 months and now it will not print

  Yesterday, I tried to print a picture of my A526. However, he did not print and there is nothing in the print queue.   I was finally able to solve my dilemma with the help of HP Technical Support team. It took only 2 weeks, but we got there. For the benefit of anyone else who could run into this same problem, follow the steps to solve the problem, such as provided by HP: -.

  "You can try to reconfigure the printer drivers and then try to print and check if the problem persists.

  a. remove the printer from the Printers folder icon:
  * Click the start (Windows symbol).
  * Click on devices and printers.
  * Right click on the printer 'HP Photosmart A520 Photo Printer Series' icon and select 'delete device '.

  NOTE: Remove all icons printer referring to "HP Photosmart A520 Photo Printer Series.

  b. click on the "Print Server Properties" in the menu bar.
  c. click the tab drivers.
  f. Select the printer "HP Photosmart A520 Photo Printer Series. Click the Remove button to remove the driver. It will give you two options:
  * Remove the driver
  * Remove driver and Driver Package.
  g. Select "Remove driver and Driver Package".
  h. disconnect the printer USB cable.
  i. disconnect the USB to the computer.
  j. wait five to six seconds.
  k. restart the computer.
  l. plug in the USB cable to the printer and the computer.

  Try to connect the USB cable to the USB 2.0 on the computer.

  Now, check if the Windows Test page prints fine.

  I have 4 games installed by CD I played for months, with no problems. We had the power to go out and I turned it off so it wouldn't be a problem when the power came. Reconnected everything, the next day and when I tried to access ONE of the games I have installed, I get "Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close" and I send error report. I took and uninstalled and reinstalled the games, but no luck. I contacted one of the manufactorers game and they gave me directions to go and get manually for the game to start and create a new shortcut. I followed their directions and that did not work. I have the home edition, XP and century link DSL. I even disconnected my DSL and re-installed the game - no difference. (these games have not played also online) I don't think that this is a problem with the games, or why it would happen in all 4 games? Besides my Spider solitaire and freecell properly. And I can come back and play a game on facebook without problem. Help?

So, my first thought was that it was a matter of microsoft, must have been the case. And in the future, I'll wait a few days, after the error reports are sent to microsoft, before that I worry about what I might need to do. Thanks again!

  If it has been 3 months, I wouldn't try to open it and inspect.

• PDF stopped working after a Windows Update about a month ago?

  I have 2 sites that I'm going to... we publish the monthly bulletin in format PDF; the other published an update of the financial account once per month in PDF format.  I used to be able to "click on"; Download and read, then print.  Now... I can't any pdf files do not read, download or print.  I run Windows Vista and ALWAYS up to date.  This PDF function worked until a month ago around 28 March.

  My wife works in Windows 7 and also updates regularly.  I can access these PDF files on his computer without problem.

  What is the problem to be solved.

  Now, I get a notice that iCloud is already full, and I have to pay for more storage. Why? There is nothing on the phone! I also have an iPad3 and a banal ASUS PC, which is where I store my photos and my photos. How would you complete the storage? Why do I pay Apple more money? They do not have enough?

  Go to settings/general/storage and use iCloud. Click on storage management in the ICLOUD section. It will tell you exactly how your iCloud-storage space is affected.
