I bought a monthly subscription to PS and LR two months ago, but still can not download it to my computer. got an error, but now its completely undownloadable.
After the purchase, so I was unable to download on my computer so I tried it on my wifes computer, he worked on his own, but I can't my programs purchased on this subject, only trial versions. so im stuck. I have LR4.2 on my computer but she discovered my. My D610 Nikon NEF files. so now im really irritated that I can't use everything I bought from Adobe.
Egman702 please use the steps listed in sign in, activation or connection errors. CS5.5 and later to solve the connection error that prevents your membership being authorized.

Complete computer "meltdown" MB had failed. put spare MB in and loaded win XP - PRO after format. Could not downlad win updates. Depc 0x8024400A error.
Reload XP - Pro without format hoping to fix the problem. No luck.

First, install the drivers necessary for the computer after reinstalling XP SP2. Then install the SP3 package after you a stand-alone download of SP3 Installer from this link:

Once SP3 is installed, try Windows Update. If it still does not work, or if the SP3 installation fails, you should get some messages or error codes. Post back with the error code.

I can't download Photoshop or Illustrator. Does not update the downloaded programs. I checked the boards, tried to download trials, but every time I do it just opens AAM and traverse the whole process and then fails. I finished about CC.

For the problem of camera raw, every new device has its own raw format, and ACR must be updated to include the latter.
